If The Ministers sole reason is "agitating the Anti-Vax crowd", things are looking shaky. I understand the Minister however, still has one more power to cancel Visa.

From the media reporting the judge seems to be allowing his lawyers to call the shots re the process. He should be in detention now like everyone else would be.

Having now watched it live I got a different take …that minister has discretion which he is exercising only to allow him to present his case to the solicitors and hearing under guard then back to Park Hotel. Being seen to be reasonable ?

On the contrary if from the submissions of the minister's legal team, this was the only point that Djokovic's could argue then it's looking shaky the other way.

Judge striking a very different tone.

If it's still constitutional for WA to have a hard border with the rest of Australia on the basis of a public health emergency, I dont see a court overturning a ministerial decision to enforce border policy on the basis of vaccination status. Provided no procedural issues like the first time around..
