Re: Amercian Express Velocity - 80 000 reward bonus

I am just ONE referral away from a business flight to London and I'm hoping fellow AFFers can get me over the line before the reward seats gets taken up - there's an 80k bonus if you sign up as well too. It's a great card given the double points on travel and accommodation and triple points for spend at restaurants too. The free return flight generally cancels out the annual fee too.

Here's my referral link.

I've tried a couple of times before without any luck so i'll try once more. If anyone is considering signing up to this card please use my referal link by clicking >>> HERE <<< or the picture of the card at the bottom of my post.

Using my referral code would benefit me greatly, as well as netting yourself an extra 30,000 points by using it. There are many great perks for you by signing up to the Amex Velocity Platinum Card. They include the following...

- 80,000 velocity points upon spending $500 within the first 3 months
- A free return domestic flight with Virgin each year.
- 2 free passes to a domestic Virgin lounge per year
- 3 points per $ at thousands of restaurants across Australia.
- 2 points per $ for airlines, accommodation, cruise and tour operators
- Supplementary cards for no additional cost
- Discounted international companion business class fares on Virgin / Etihad / Delta
- Usual travel insurance / purchase protection etc

For anyone that chooses to use my referral link, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thanks guys.

Re: Amercian Express Velocity - 80 000 reward bonus

Thanks! Much appreciated
wow, I received my 80,000 points today, i only got the card less than 2 weeks ago, and met the $500 spend requirement on the 28th march.
So much for having to wait 8-10 weeks.

Throwing my referral link back out there again - http://amex.com.au/refer/wesleeoGCO

The annual fee is $349 per year, but this is heavily outweighed by the benefits.

A reminder of the great benefits;

· 80,000 Velocity points after you spend $500 within 3 months of receiving the card
· Complimentary domestic return flight (within selected cities) on Virgin Australia
· Two single entry passes to the Virgin Australia Lounge
· Two entries to the American Express Lounge at Sydney International
· Complimentary domestic and international travel insurance
· Earn 3 points per dollar at restaurants and Virgin Australia, 2 points on airlines, accommodation and spend if foreign currency, and 1 point elsewhere (excluding utilities, telecommunications companies and government bodies).

Re: Amercian Express Velocity - 80 000 reward bonus

Hello,
I just wanted to share my referral link. Much the same as the others with 80,000 bonus points for you ;)
Haven't gotten any referral points myself yet, so I am hoping for luck. Thank you for looking.

Please don't start a new thread if there is already one for the same offer

Hi. Just throwing my hat in the ring in case anyone would like to use my referral link. You'll receive 80k bonus Velocity points and I'll get 15K. The included return flight largely covers the $349 annual fee. This is the first credit card I've had and has been a great way to earn FF points, especially the sign up bonus.

Thanks in advance.

anyone know the implications of my wife being a card referal? She is already a supplementary card holder on my Amex but i was going to get her one for her to use and get the bonus. Does it work that way?

Another referral code here legends. I usually try to get enough points every year to help me compete in a world championship for an arcade game in the USA. To help me get 20k closer to my next fare and to earn 80k for yourself instead of 50k click here: 80k Platinum Velocity American Express

Also Apple Pay is the bees knees, if you have an apple watch you have to test it out!
