Anyone else been stocking up on clona's o'riada? JH 97pts and very fragrant. I've been getting a few of their hilltops too

They're getting scarce at dans c&c. For memory they're about $33.50 with usual discounts otherwise langton's or the winery direct have them @ $36. I'm not sure if dans will get more in. A lot of bris dans are sold out on o'riada atm.

I haven't tried the hilltops yet.

Both '14 and '15 O'Riada available at myCellars at just under $36/bottle. I bought some of both.

Been picking up the odd Hilltops here and there after having a great 2009 bottle with 5 years on it. Also been picking up O'Riada's after having a couple at restaurants, been getting them for around $34 after discounts. Top value for a 97pt Halliday red. Two quite different expressions of Shiraz, though.

Clonakilla Winery is near Canberra. Not local enough for me, so I'll pay a small premium to buy when/where I want....$3-$4 (before discounts) is not a high premium at all for a quality bottle

It may take a little digging to find a good deal, but I notice the current Cash Rewards email includes an offer from BWS of 25% off wine, plus 8% Cash Rewards (for a net 31% off).
I have no idea if there's anything there worth buying, but it may be worth a look if you're nearby.

More than a 'little digging' in my experience. Many stores don't have click and collect and there seems to be no consistency between what the stores stock.

I suspect waiting for the semi annual store clear outs will yield better results.

The one before that was May 20, 2015.

So based on that it could be anytime within the next 3 months.

Shouldn't that be a total of 33% off? Pay with Wish discounted by 5% = ~38%?

Should be able to find some decent wine for that!

EDIT: I withdraw my previous comment ... Almost impossible to find anything reasonably priced!
