That seems a bit odd. It was a good entry level card for someone who wanted the basic rewards and benefits without all the extras. Wonder if they'll replace it with something else?
Looks like the In-store services are pretty much staying the same.

Has anyone found out the redemption ratio to airline frequent flyer program under the Latitude rewards? It looks like you have to log into the David Jones rewards hub to find out, and they don't even publish it on its T&C.
Asking Latitude recently about frequent flyer partners they currently have, the answer is zero, and it is only the cashback, gift cards or David Jones online points redemptions currently, the same in the link I’d posted earlier on the Latitude help desk page

For those who are still continuing with the migration to Latitude, DJ’s have seemingly updated their FAQs on migration, stating airline transfer programs will be announced this month, and also confirming Storecard holders are migrating to the Icon card.
For the airline transfers under the “I’ve opted into the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, what will happen?”:
“In May we will share further information about the new airline loyalty option associated with the credit card program.”

I received an email from American Express stating that Latitude will be issuing me with a new card as they would no longer be affiliated with David Jones. The email stated that l have a credit amount on my DJ/Amex card ( in the thousands ) and that l needed to call them to organise a return of the credit amount to me. Just called them gave them my bank details for the refund of the credit amount and the credit amount will apparently be deposited into my. Savings account in the next 5-7working days. Here’s hoping!
Anyone else in this situation?

The Icon card is free free (so for those being migrated the annual fee is $0, $99, or $295). The question is what will happen with those of us on a fee-free Amex card. My guess is we will be moved to the Icon card, but who knows.
