Over a week for me too
I have noticed this. It takes more than 4 days for the expenses to show up.
I also had issues in points credit where they credit 1:1 points instead of the bonus points.
My statement also doesn't seem to be generated on the date, and I had to call them, to request it to be sent.
I think they give bonus points for using your diners on Wednesday, on top of 3 points per $.
Earn rate for MC is 0.625 per dollar.
Let's hope rewards aren't enhanced (particularly for MC component) in line with Citi's other products.
I last converted to SPG on 11 Nov. As of yesterday, they've asked me to give them some more "business days" to investigate.
Wondering if any other members are currently experiencing delays with SPG transfers? Thought the improvements recently were encouraging.
I must confess I am looking over my shoulder with more than a little fear at the moment.
