Just talked to them. They are aware of an update issue on the website, and are working to fix it. They said, the bill has been generated correctly, and posted, so I will need to reconcile if it has been taken into account correctly.

Hi have never even checked for bonus points. Which retailers do you usually use?

I have noticed this. It takes more than 4 days for the expenses to show up.
I also had issues in points credit where they credit 1:1 points instead of the bonus points.
My statement also doesn't seem to be generated on the date, and I had to call them, to request it to be sent.

I think they give bonus points for using your diners on Wednesday, on top of 3 points per $.
Earn rate for MC is 0.625 per dollar.

I'm afraid that offer disappeared a while ago. Replaced with the Citi free wine deal. I also miss the bonus IHG points. Very few worthwhile bonus partners anymore

I last converted to SPG on 11 Nov. As of yesterday, they've asked me to give them some more "business days" to investigate.

Wondering if any other members are currently experiencing delays with SPG transfers? Thought the improvements recently were encouraging.

These are better than this time last year, but the fact Amex transfers in about 48 hours does make me wonder what Citi/Diners is doing. If the earn rate wasn't so good I would not be dealing with them.

Hi TonyHancock thanks for sharing your transfer times. Mine had gone down to as little as 2 weeks which I thought would now be the unofficial standard.
I reckon Diners might be paying a monthly invoice to SPG which might explain why it takes 28 days to "reach" their destination.
Agree, good little earner for SPG so worth being patient with it. Let's hope rewards aren't enhanced (particularly for MC component) in line with Citi's other products.

I keep sweeping mine to SPG monthly although I have a redemption in mind. Always a risk SPG could be enhanced after Marriott merger goes through. Although I think that could be sometime down the track. Certainly after I've made my next SPG redemption.

Hopefully the Diners component can do some lifting for the MC

I did two transfers on the same day. Amex to SPG posted the next day. I'm still waiting for the Diners points to lob. I get the usual very polite service and get told that I must wait the required time.

Absolutely. As am I. Like Tony, I have had very hit and miss with regards to SPG transfers from 5 days to 20 days. Rarely has it gone over 20 though.

December SPG transfer has gone through in 14 days. Still no sign of November's.

3rd call yesterday about the November points. Told had gone through from Diners end and advised to contact SPG.
Unhappy with this and advised it was for Diners to sort out.
Received call back today from Diners, escalated to supervisor and conference call arranged (DC/SPG/me). SPG are now investigating

I received a call this morning. No news re my transfer initiated in November and still investigating but at least they're calling to let me know they haven't forgotten me.
I still need to wait for points from December to post after next statement is issued then another month for those points to transfer to SPG so at no risk of missing my redemption yet solely due to this delay. Hopefully I can book my redemption by the time last points come through.

Got a call mid last week from Diners apparently points have arrived at SPG. Called Diners this morning as they're not showing. Diners conferenced me in with SPG who confirmed no points and will investigate and report back in a week. Initiated this transfer on 11 Nov.
Anyone else still experiencing delays?
