Discussion on Cats, Moggies and Felines in general [with Pictures]

Quite a sad article.:-|

Hope the Authorities make a breakthrough soon.

BBC - Earth - Someone is killing and dismembering Britain's domestic cats

The sky is thick with grey cloud. A nearby road drones drearily with the noise of traffic, and pupils swing their rucksacks around on the way home from school in Croydon, South London. But just out of sight from the main road, the lifeless body of a cat is lying in a pile of leaf litter. Tony Jenkins has seen many like it before.

We put our pampered puddy cat into her regular cat resort today for five nights - this place is basically the Four Seasons of cat hotels - she hissed up an absolute storm, and if true to form she'll hiss up another storm when we go to pick her up. No one likes to leave the club lounge.

The divine FF (daughter's cat) thought she was a bit of a hunter, based on the photo, but then she seemed to get bored with the whole thing.

A popular cat that passed away in Istanbul, got its own memorial statue.

Meet Tombili, the chillest cat in Istanbul. Tombili’s spent his days lounging around the town, showcasing his laidback lifestyle and enviable calmness for all to see. Naturally, he was beloved by all the locals, and became a local (and Internet!) legend when passersby took pictures of him relaxin’ in the streets.

Famous cat passes away, so city honors him with a statue at his favorite spot
