Double SC Promo

I've just booked a Katie clan christmas present trip to NAN in Feb. Not going to go via Mel with Little Miss; just BNE-SYD-NAN-SYD-NAN in J. Will get me to SG for our Europe trip in April (instead of on the flight home from SIN), and will get Mr Katie and Little Miss to PS for our trip. The QP passes they get may come in handy getting the ILs into the QP in SIN or LHR with us, although won't help with the BA lounge in T5, which is the one I think we'll have issues with. Anyhoo.

Ah well, all flights should be booked by now or it's all too late.

I ended up not being able to take advantage of this promotion, but the money I'm saving is going towards a different plan.........

Double SC Promo

Congrats to everyone who got in on this promo

Surprise, surprise I didn't. Seriously considered an F lounge run using QF81 (or 82 can't remember which just now) just to see if id get the double SC on a domestic international. But SWMBO said I could spend the $228 on vintage champagne and lobster and stay at home with her.

That conversation is very similar to the one I have with mrs ejb everytime I suggest a quick trip to MEL and back in *C to take advantage of the FLounges.

Congrats to all who have taken advantage of the promo and enjoy the journey.'

Hi all,
I flew PER-SIN today on a flight booked (and paid) on 17 Dec and I did register for the double SC promo when I received the email from QF. I have only been credited the usual 25 SCs for this flight. Is there anything else I should be doing to claim the double SCs?
Has anyone else not been credited the double SCs as part of this promo?
I'll give QF a call when I'm back in Perth next week but just wondering...
cheers
Bert

From the Ts and Cs of promo:
Extra Status credits will be awarded within 6 weeks of travel.

Bonus SCs should credit as a separate line item in a few days. The T&Cs say up to 6 weeks I think, but last time it was 1-2 days.

how long does it take for the double sc to register? My flight's normal sc's have been posted but not the double... my flight was last wednesday

To my surprise, I have just received the double SC's for my most recent trip, despite the fact that it was booked and ticketed before Dec 1! In my case it makes no difference to my status (I have requalified comfortably anyway) but it will help me get closer to the next "loyalty bonus". I also got an extra 50 SC's via an unrelated promotion.

Hello.

I've booked a flight in J from SIN to SYD which luckily for me will earn the double SC's despite my "current" lowly bronze status. If I were to put this flight back 2 to 3 days do you think I would still qualify for the double SC's
