Double SC Promo [December 2010]

We flew SYD-NAN last Thursday; standard SCs credited on Thurs & double SCs on Sat or Sun. Waiting on SCs from NAN-SYD on Monday to come through to tick me over to Gold ... 30 SCs away at the moment.

Not sure about kpc, but I’m still waiting on the bonus credits to post from my flights. It certainly didn’t happen a couple days after the flight, and am wondering how long I give it before I fire off an email.

Took me an age to find this thread too, as searching for "status credit" does not equal "SC".

Haven't got mine yet, Sam ...still early days despite reports of others getting them within a week.

Extra Status credits will be awarded within 6 weeks of travel.

My bonus status credits posted two days after my MEL-NAN flight but I am still waiting for them to post for the NAN-SYD flight (6 days ago).

While I know the promotion called for 6 weeks, and most got them well before that, at what point do I call up and say… where are my SC’s?

I guess I’m just worried as the promotion ran to March and they may have forgotten about me.

Double SC Promo

Still patiently waiting for my double SCs for my Syd-Nan flight on 26/3, and Nan-Syd on 28/3 to post

In my case, the double SCs for SYD-NAN-SYD on 3/2/11 and 7/2/11 both posted to my QFF activity statement four days after each flight.

I gave them a call and they made sure everything matched up… the person on the phone was reading through it all on the phone so in their details of my account they could see when I was targeted, when I accepted, etc…

They said there were two supervisors looking into it and they’d give me a call back as they didn’t know how long it would take to get to the bottom of it.

By the way, I was going to say girl on the phone, but wasn’t sure if that was PC, should I say lady, woman, gal? If it was a male I’d probably say guy, so gal seems to be the opposite of guy.

They said I should expect them the latest of the end of next week, but hopefully sooner, there was something wrong with the system or some such. If they don’t post by the end of next week though, my account has been flagged for a follow-up by someone, so hopefully they fix whatever is wrong and anyone else who has had troubles should see theirs post too.

I approach this by using person or agent. Gal especially and guy are not really my cup of tea. IMO there is no harm using gender as it is a statement of fact but if gender isn't part of the story I try to avoid it.

Right, the first lot of double has come through, curiously marked as a couple weeks ago. Hoping for the next lot by the end of the week.
