How come they made manual adjustment now ? The CSR I spoke with said I still have to wait till mid to end January I have few more flights coming up in next few weeks, would be nice to enjoy WP status (well, even though its not much diff lol , its nice to get it after all the grinding).

I had another flight in the same situation rang this morning spoke to CSR and she was very helpful and understanding and 2 hours later they appeared. They have to manually post the credits as the system WILL NOT pick up on it.

Sugest that you call back and try again

the CSR said she will call back today so fingers crossed she will do the same for me for the flights booked on the 1st. I still need to wait for my flights on the 10th an 11th for DCS to come through though to hit WP.

The original flights posted with in 36 hours it was just the DSC that needed to be manually added. The flights were booked on the 1st but system shows 30th and this can not be changed hence they need to manually enter them.

It varies 36 hours is the longest it has taken for a long time I find usually flights are posted within 1-4 hours of the flight depending on time of day.

the flights posted...he had to do a manual change as the date was shown as taken 30 Nov. My flights, as with yours, will show up quickly...its the double points posting which will take longer. Last time mine took only about 5 days...but with the amount of flights being taken this month, I think it will take longer to post them.

Hi BD it does take a little while however I suggest that if you booked the flights on the 1st December that you recheck you are registered due to a system time difference between Australia and where ever the system is hosted. I had an issue where by the system saw my bookings as being on the last day of November and this not qualifying for the current promo.

A quick call to the CSR team and it was all fixed and all my Status Credits have since posted including the DSC. Good luck and have a great xmas

If your activity statement says the flights were booked on Dec 1 or later, I think little point in phoning yet. They will just trot out the party line "... may take up to 6 weeks." Most people are still waiting I suspect.
