hmm, looks like all P and P1 get theirs a lot earlier than us lower level plebs. If thats the case, thats not fair!

Well after the first lot failed to post I contacted CS ... after that, they've posted within the same time frame as standard SC's ... within 3-5 days.

I rang CS 2-3 times now asking about the status of the double status credits and when will they appear. They gave me the same answer that it takes up to 6 weeks and that they can't do anything before that.

They can do something about it they just chose not too.

My SC were added awhilst I was on the phone asking where are they lol and also discussing the issue that they were booked on the 1st December and the system would not have allocated them as they saw them as being booked on the 30th November due to time differences between QF system clock and Australian time.

my guess you got them as they did not want an upset P1 ... at Gold level, you are still nobody lol.

Edit: just rang them again, same story. Wait 6 weeks, if no points appear, call them.

I did a DSC run for Gold qualification on 27/12. My reassessment occurs on 31/12. As the DSC points wont appear for 6 weeks - early Feb - will my Gold status start from when the DSC points are added in Feb or from 27/12? If 27/12 will the QF system be smart enough to to give me the additional status mileage bonus points between silver and Gold for any travel done after 27/12 and when the DSC points appear.

As you have earned sufficient SCs to requal SG then you are due the bonus status points. If they don't post correctly a phone call is in order. I am not sure about lounge access, though.

Thanks Jessica, lounge is ok as I'm a QC member. I'm sure I'll end up on the phone.

I've been told exactly the same about YASA's. I took a YASA mid December, and it credited all 0's (even the SC's). I emailed the FF service centre and had a returned call from them advising me that it may take up to 6 weeks and they can't do anything until then.

In the past, i've had double SC's post quickly, but the SC's on classic awards certainly are taking their sweet time.

I have a paid booking in a few weeks so let's see how long the double for them take.

I flew Mel Brisbane Cairns yesterday on a 1.5 sc offer. Overnight I received points and sc's for the Brisbane - Cairns flights only No bonus sc's Returning Monday next week so will check again then. Should I be concerned ?

I flew BNE to CNS yesterday and points and SCs posted overnight as well... Wonder if we were on the same flight?

Like it has been mentioned many times previously, the bonus SC's post as a separate item. Sometimes it may only take a couple of days but the terms generally suggest that they make take up to 6 weeks to appear...
