Is the bonus for the first flight booked in December, or all booked in December? It says "make a booking...." on the page qantas.com/double.

I've got one booked, but I can get WP with one more lol

All flights booked. Any flight booked before 1 December don't count.

There was no way I was going to retain P1 next year, until this offer came along! I registered on Friday, then at 7am this morning I booked three ADL-BNE-TSV-BNE-ADL JASAs for 480 SCs each. At 10am I got the email from Qantas. It's just as well that I like Townsville.

Do I dare ask when and the cash component?

Still waiting for the email ... 6h15m to go ...;)

You don't need to wait for an email. Just register using the link provided.

Thanks to all who pointed out I could register on the site ... and were very kind in not flaming this dunderhead! Have now registered and will probably head to TSV via BNE from SYD (again) ...

TSV is sure popular! I should go check it out given that I've recently moved to Qld...

Don't forget everyone to use your ABN numbers for the Aspire point promo that is running at the minute too!

Thanks Red Roo, and I hope that some more such offers might keep coming.
My last trip for this year is booked under the 1.5 SC offer, but might see if I can manage a trip in January. Obviously, being Domestic flights only again is a dampener, but should help me renew my WP with the first three months of the year in hand.....

Yes ... I forgot to say a BIG thank you RedRoo ... I used the 150% offer and will also be using the double sc ... makes life a lot easier for those 'awkward' years!

Have email and registered, will have to get a few days off for a jaunt somewhere! Any suggestions?? :)

Are they all overnighters? I could not find any single day trips myself :-/

TSV?

There are also a number of AFF events in MEL/SYD/ADL (Barossa) over December and January...

Got the double status credit offers for both hubby and me - domestic for Dec & Jan. Sadly, we are not back in Oz then (until Easter), so cannot make use of the offer :(. A great pity!

Got it, but pity i booked my two flights already..........

Just called the Premium line to check on my 1.5 SC offer in October for flights in December as did not receive email confirmed registration, CSR confirmed that it was in place but then I told him that I had also registered for the double SC offer yesterday and he told me I would not get it as was not eligble.... I could not believe this - as the email was sent to all QFF members for new registrations...anyone else have any comments on this ? If it is the case will cancel the booking I made yesterday. He has promised to get back to me after speaking with supervisors.

This offer is valid for new bookings and registrations made between 12.01am (AEDT) on 01 December and 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31 December 2013 for travel on eligible Qantas domestic flights within Australia from 01 December 2013 to 31 January 2014. You must register for this offer via the registration link at qantas.com/double. Members only need to register once for the offer, irrespective of qualifying flights. Qantas may extend this offer. Travel is subject to availability and any applicable fare conditions. Flights can be booked via qantas.com, a travel agent or Qantas Direct. Fees may apply. Your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number must be recorded at the time of registration and booking to earn the bonus Status credits. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Status credit offer by Qantas. Only one Status credit offer can be used per each individual qualifying segment of your itinerary. If you qualify for multiple offers, the offer first-registered for will be applied to each individual qualifying segment. Bonus Status credits may take up to 6 weeks after completion of your travel to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

I'd say if you registered and received a confirmation e-mail, then you're eligible, unless your 1.5SC offer still applies, in which case "the offer first-registered for will be applied to each individual qualifying segment".

In my case my 1.5SC offer has expired, so I expect that any eligible bookings I make now will be under the DSC offer.

Cheers,
- Febs.

Thanks.....My 1.5 offer registration expired 31/10/2013 for travel between 11/10/2013 and 31/1/2014 - Registered and flights booked for 30/12/2013 - Double received yesterday for travel Dec or Jan 2014...I would think if the first offer expired on the 31/10/2013 then I should still be eligible. Wow this uysed to be easy but difficult now and must be a nightmare for CSR's
