Thanks to both of you :) I must’ve been too excited to look through my travel schedule and overlooked that bit

Can someone remind me about last year? If vouchers purchased during the offer for bookings made after the offer period got the DSCs?

sometimes the internet makes it hard to get sarcasm... but in interest of the next 250 pages of this thread: Yes, as long as you register and the voucher is created during the eligible period, and your future flights comply with the travel dates and are QF operated flights.. then yes, last year they worked.☺️

Btw, with the last DSC promo, did anyone book during the promotion period, then subsequently make a change to the PNR after that time? If so, did you still get the DSC for the eligible flights?
Yes ... The PNR creation date is important; Ticketing date is not.

Indeed. I made a booking during a previous double status credit promo a few years ago, then subsequently had to change the date of some of the flights. Still got the DSCs.

If you were to change the PNR though (i.e. cancel and rebook, generating a new PNR outside the promo period) then you would not get them.

LOL perhaps I should have attached a smiley to my post. There was no sarcasm intended, I posted bleary eyed after being notified of this offer by multiple Whatsapp and Facebook messages overnight while I was asleep.

Thanks for the reminder re 2017 though :)

Keeps getting earlier every year. Not that im complaining.

Time to consult the Best SC run thread to find out where i go.

May Take advantage of this and ensure WP till end of 2020

That timing. Assume your a Feb anniversary month.

My Anniversary is end December currently WP through to End 2018 will then requal for WP in first week or two of Jan 2019 which will keep me wp through till end of 2020 sorry not 2021 My error it should have been till the start of 2021 :)

Asked this in another thread, but just in case ...

Does anyone know if this DSC offer will be applied to a comfort seat?

Not so well timed for me given our travel has slowed down a bit. Registered anyway, but still have some of the last offer to use first. No chance I'll hit WP again either and gold already in the bag.....though LTS is getting ever closer.

In the email terms and conditions it says “Status credits will not be earned on flight vouchers”. I can’t see this on the registration page.

My email has no such wording.
There are no T&C's really. Just links to the registration page.

Can you show us your wording. Maybe we got different emails or there is some extra targeting going on.

The timing of this is perfect given my final DSC from last year should post today and requalify me for Platinum for another year. I was wondering when the next round of offers was coming out.

I interpret that as meaning you won't earn SC just by buying flight vouchers.
