Wow it amazes me how things go so easy for some FF and getting DSC posted and they are totally incompetent in sorting out people who have been waiting 7 weeks. maybe I;m wrong but why don't they make it easy for the entire system by not having a registration and just saying all bookings made between those dates get DSCs

Hi All, I must give QFF New Zealand (Dee) this morning 10/10 for customer service Why you ask? Rang to get DSC for flights 7 weeks ago that did not post due to UTC time issue on their end which they recognised on the first call some 7 weeks ago. The call centre in the Philippines told me that I have to wait 8 weeks and have documentation. Got all the paperwork ready and rang this morning and got Philippines again and could not understand her so i asked was she in Australia and she hung up on me. So rang again and got a lovely lady (can I say that now its QF lol) in NZ. When I explained to her what has happened she was shocked and very apologetic as the customer service in Philippines was wrong in doing what they did and she said once they recognised that it was a UTC time issue on their end she should of/ could off got approval to manually process the DSC immediately and not have me wait 8 weeks as per the email i got from them. She told me she would report the matter for further review.

As someone has said elsewhere QF Consistently Inconsistent.

In saying that well done to Dee in the NZ call centre wish I had spoken to you in the beginning.

Now made it to WP for the first time.

I have not yet received DSCs for SYD-CBR hop I took 2 weeks ago. I'm 15 SCs short of WP and my 'rollover' date is May 1 so I called the customer service centre and they told me even if it took 6 weeks, my status would be update in the New Year (i.e. after May 1). Has anyone else had this happen - getting their status updated post their 'rollover' date?

Yes anniversary date rolled over on the 28th Feb and just had DSC updated this morning after waiting 7 weeks see entry above yours. Oh and it took the NZ call centre all of 3 mins to rectify. Philippine call centre is a waste of time

yes the status will update no matter when the DSC are posted as they are tied to the membership year in which the eligible flights were taken.

The only issue is waiting for the status if one intends to fly in the meantime....

Suggested solution? As I'm in exactly this situation.

I'm waiting on 80SC earned 17 Mar to get me to WP. However, my SC balance reset to zero on 1 April.

So when I next travel (16 Apr), if they haven't credited, can I argue my case and access the J lounge?

If not, can I claim QF is denying me a stated benefit of WP?

I recall that the answer is yes, provided that both parties have registered. I'll soon be doing similar and that's what I'm basing it on,

No its just pot luck you may get NZ or Hobart. That is if you are calling on the premium line for Plats. I have never had the Philippine call centre.

Sorry to say as far as I know its luck of the draw whether you get Phiilipines, South Africa or New Zealand that is why I ask if they are in Australia. They usually tell you if you have not already figured it out. In my case they hung up on me so I rang again and got NZ.

In saying that you may get a different response area as stated if you are WP or P1. I was SG when I rang

Give them a ring and see if they can credit them now. Nothing to lose.

Are all your bookings posting double SCs within a few days?

Some of us are still having issues with all our bookings. My first booking was flown 23 Feb and a few more bookings booked and flown since. Not one has posted double SCs. I make it 44 days now.

One has posted from Tuesday. Wednesday one not as yet.
