So they're saying that they can arbitrarily refuse points/status earn based on some super secret tables that they cannot publish, are corporate in confidence and completely contradict the terms and conditions presented to consumers on their website? Sounds like some grounds for engaging the Airline Customer Advocate.I did ask why the excluded AY flight codes are not published on the Qantas website. They responded that they have their own earning tables that they cannot share with me.
