Two offers for me this week.

1. Bonus pts for select products at Woolies. I'll be getting 200 points for the 4 products I bought last night.
2. Big W - spend $30-$49 get 200 bonus pts, 250 pts for $50-$99 spend, spend $100+ get 400 bonus pts.

It's my first Big W offer in months. I've got a few things to get, so I'm hoping I'll get close to the $100 mark.

Free Online Barcode Generator

Select EAN-13 as the 'Symbology' and click "Make Barcode".

Right click the barcode generated, click "View Image" then print the barcode out and, voila! - you have a temporary 'card'.
What a great idea!

I was thinking of getting another Everyday Rewards card and simply replacing it. Never get around to doing it though.

Well today in ADL at least 15 stores have been cleared of Taco Seasoning. I've missed out or messed up these things before (particularly when about to leave the country) so going to take it seriously this time. Will move onto pet food next...

So anyone like Mexican food?

Love the Select Taco seasoning mix - still have 5 left. My dogs liked their snacks.

Wish I'd got amongst it this time as well. Look forward to hearing about the points posting.

Hmm, are the local homeless shelters in ADL going to be the beneficiaries of your largess on the taco mix? They'll be thinking of different ways to cook with it.

Every time I take full advantage of the offers and I *NEVER* scan my normal groceries. This opt's me out of food related purchases and ensures I only receive the best value offers (personal opinion).

What do you scan? Chocolate biscuits for the office?

Got a few people who can take them. Even someone in BNE who's interested, can't blame me for any shortage! Have some family friends that do provide meals to people through local community groups and churches so definitely not going to waste. 2013 expiry gives a bit of time too, if I have plenty left will just offering them up to anyone.

I haven't had anything credit yet, should I expect anything to show on the website because normally I recall bonuses often showing the week after. Haven't moved to the cat food yet, did anyone have much success with donating to the RSPCA?

Used my card today and got my $10 off over $100, scanned the card and about 2 seconds later the discount had been applied, worked so well I wondered why bonus points aren’t credited that fast! ;)

I think he has a big mobile bill, because I always see him buying recharge cards :p

And Brisbane never ceases to amaze me. I was glad when I was able to get earlier flight back from Canberra and arrived in city at 8:00pm. Walked to Woolworths and boy was I surprised when it was closed. Apparently Sundays they close at 6:00pm and with that went my last opportunity for the 300 bonus points tuna offer this week. :(

One day Brisbane will move into 20th century and get closer to the rest of the world....

Be very careful when you cut and paste from email. Your personal details are all over that post.

Airport WW is open until 10pm weeknights, 7pm Sa/Su.

All major supermarkets (and chain-type stores) in Qld close 6pm Sunday (and 5pm Sat IIRC). I assume when weekend trading was extended this was put in place to protect small retailers (eg. IGA/Foodworks/corner stores etc who are typically open much later).

I assume the airport gets around it because it's on Commonwealth land essentially.

I got exactly the same offers. Pretty good really. They've been coming thick and fast recently, which is much better than anything I am getting from Fly Buys. I think Wesfarmers have blown that one.

Thanks but still too early and too far to go.

I guess I am spoilt moving to the country town from the city where midnight trading has been in place for longer than I care to remember and some stores even have 24 hours trading.

Reminds me of the couple of times in country NSW/Victoria where I forgot to have dinner and was searching for place to eat for hours without success. One was Yarrawonga (must have driven for ~30kms out of town looking for anything that may sell some food) and the other was Foster-Tuncurry. Always take some food with me now anytime I go away for the weekend even if I have to bring it back with me....

Good to hear that you have got the goods sorted and very charitable of you.

I do believe markis10 made a large donation ;)

I went to Woolies in town and got a Tresemme travel pack (reduced from $6.20 to $4.09 or so). Hoping that was enough for my very generous 50 credit points for a hair care product. I buy my shampoo in the US as it's $AUD16 here, and maybe $USD8 tops in the US.

I got the 4+ Select items for 200 points. i bought 4 large bottles of select lemonade @ $0.99 c = about $ 4 for 200 points, alright I thought

Jealous... How do I trigger an unlimited "Select" offer??

This is really sad. I never thought I would get to the stage where I was excited about a few hundred points here or there.
But it's really great.
Problem is I haven't received too many targeted offers lately

Seems a couple of things have gone weird at EDR this week.

a) Received a use once Spend more than $30 and get $5 off. I used this for making two purchases of $30 and received the $5 discount twice. Looking at the time stamps on the till receipts, these two transactions were completed within one minutes of each other, perhaps it was quicker than the EDR system updates across its network.

b) Purchased 3 x Coke (15 cans) for $30 and only received 16 cents per litre discount. I thought the promo was 20 cents per litre.

I outsmarted myself with the promo though, by redeeming the $5 it put me below the additional 4c per litre.

Oh well, I've stocked up on Coke based drinks again.
