I also got this offer of 15% off Christmas puddings. They said it was specially chosen for me! Given I am in a one person household, and highly unlikely to buy or eat such products, the offer is ridiculous. Increasingly annoyed by Woolworths at present.

As previously pointed out its more a case of propping up a poor performer from the portfolio with incentives to life business, the service station business!

It also could be a case of using the fuel division to prop up sales in the other divisions.

I keep forgetting Big W has online shopping. I'll still pass. Even though I've grumbled at the lack of offers, it has meant I am spending less because I am not at the shops constantly. As a single household, there are only so many non-perishables I can store in the effort to bump up my $ spend for bonus points.

Yawn... These so called offers from Woolworths are so lame these days. Many of the offers are being falsely promoted as a bonus which is really stretching the meaning in my book...

Maybe! IMHO they would have ceased regardless of the big hauls anyway.

My brother got a LETTER from EDR,, spend more than $ 30 at local store and get 3 points per dollar.

they still don't like me....no offers for me.......total tossers to alienate a sector of their market. wake up woolies points or fuel discounts please

Agree, and in fact they have the effect of decreasing the amount of points you get because you only get points for the actual spend rather than the discount amount. Looks like the EDR scheme is grinding to a slow and painful death. Another example of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory?
