EDR Targetted Bonus Point Promotions

My spend drop to almost zero although I have been out of the country since the end of September.

I did provide feedback on the last fuel offer about the lack of point offers.

1972 points this quarter. At that rate I can still fly MEL-ADL in Y once a year so not a total loss! :shock:

In general our spend is way down across the WOW Group. I continue to fill up at Caltex using high value fuel / points vouchers rather than Shell. Points earn is way down ... 6 months ago we were earning 15000 points a quarter, mostly from bonus points. That was a lot of extra spend .. notably at BigW and BWS which is now directed elsewhere.

I just can't help singing "EDR/Woolworths is down down down"!!!

Didn't do too badly this quarter

Dad - 379 QFF points (289 Woolworths, 90 Caltex)
Mum - 751 QFF points (630 Woolworths, 121 Big W)
Brother - 997 QFF points (249 Woolworths, 212 Big W, 535 Caltex, 1 bonus point)
Me - 1,919 QFF points (673 Woolworths, 840 Caltex, 406 bonus points)

Total points haul of 4,046 for the quarter.

I'm still annoyed they targeted the account at $120 when we've only gone over $50 once or twice. I'll probably go for the 12 cents voucher. It's actually a better deal than the flybuys offer for my partner when they wanted him to spend $70 to get 12 cents a litre.

My quarterly statement shows 3471 points earned, consisting of:

Woolworths - 735
BWS - 6
Cellar masters - 1108
Big W - 91
Caltex - 1531
Bonus - 0

They've got to be feeling the pinch

Oh and received an 8¢ voucher for a spend on seafood this week... needless to say I sent feedback and binned it.

I received no offers last week. They send offers on Monday and Wednesday. I complained as noted earlier in this thread. Received no offers for the coming week. WTF????

They seem to have stopped sending offers after my most recent feedback; all I got last week was the $10 off at the BigW shopping night.. I think its been about 3 weeks since I got a proper offer.

Turns out only 20,000 of the 6 million members receive each promotional campaign for points, fuel, discounts and the like, hence our frustration.
