EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Yesterday, Mrs LW got a 30c offer when we spend more than $200+ this week. Hmmm, 15 x 50l = 750 bonus points, I registered her and will think about it.

This morning she got the Dan Murphy's savings one. Pass...

Nothing for me or the childrens' cards. Hoping I'll get a "We Miss You" :D

Only 500 points posted to QFF so have just fired off an email query to Everyday Rewards enquiring when the remaining points will be posted. I bought all my bottles as one purchase but my reading of the T&C's makes me think that that should be OK
Nice quick response from Everyday Rewards this morning confirming that my remaining points will be posted to my account today

We didn't receive any Friday morning offers. I thought at least one of the accounts would get one seeing we haven't received anything for a while. I haven't seen other members reporting any either. Maybe that means that some really good offers are coming out on Sunday/Monday.

I received my March quarterly statement. 2402 points in total, however within the email is an offer for 100 bonus points if I spend $15 on children's wear. Since I'm pregnant, it would be silly to pass this offer up!

Got the same offer.

Congratulations on your pregnancy and your bonus point offer. None of our family members have received their statements yet.

Me - March Quarterly Statement with a measly 3,087 QFF points earned for the quarter

Me - Big W offer of 100 bonus points for $15 spend on children's clothing

The EDR statements came in early this morning. We received the clothing offers on each account as well as a discount on specific Select Easter eggs. Both offers are one use only. Given we have multiple accounts we should be able to get most of the bonus points provided Big W have the clothes we want. I think I might end up at the self serve for the multiple transactions.

Where your points are adding up

Woolies 713
BWS 144
Cellarmasters 0
Big W 17
Caltex 2055
Bonus 258

I know at least the bonus is wrong as I have 500 points on their way not included...

Woolies, you should be aware that our spending is down overall because you fail to give us bonus point offers.

Mrs LW's quarterly statement:

Versus mine:

Think the kids accounts will fail to make a mention.

At least we both got the Big W $15 for 100 points offer which we accepted. That's an easy 200 points.

Have to laugh when I was typing in Woolies, I did a mis-spelling and the predictive text came up with "Rookies". How prosaic :p

This should be fairly easy to take advantage of

Mum - Quarterly statement with 906 QFF points earned for the quarter
Dad - Quarterly statement with 800 QFF points earned for the quarter
Brother - Quarterly statement with 223 QFF points earned for the quarter

All 4 accounts received the Big W offer of 100 bonus points for $15 spend on childrens clothes.

Typical. A promo like buying kids clothes they know I would accept however they don't send. Booo.

505 from woolies and 314 bonus. Also includes the children's clothing offer but that's not much good to me.

The children's clothing offer across the board really only offers a reward (and a very small award at that) to a very small subsection of their customers. My youngest is almost 17 and I'm not sure we are even allowed to buy clothes for her least of all being seen in Big W clothing

From a quarterly statement perspective, they should have come up with different options for different types of customers. I'm quite certain with the data they have they could target most of us much better than this. Still Coles gave me a $10 off my shopping this week so that's where my weekly shop went

Everyday Rewards is a joke.

On the 07/03/2013 I accrued a 30c fuel voucher. Last week I checked my account and the 30c fuel voucher was there so on Sunday 17/03/2013 I went to fill up 77 litres which should be 1155 QFF points.

I was just checking my flights on QFF account and notice an entry for 308 QFF points being Woolworths Petrol. Check my Everyday Rewards account and the 30c fuel voucher is still there with 045/04/2013 expiry.

Can someone please explain why this is so difficult? I need to chase up my rightful points again and explain the situation of why and how they stuffed up.

And my brother still has not received the 200 bonus points for meat in January as we do not have a receipt.

I guess you could always buy the clothes and donate them to charity and claim it back on tax.

And another one that upsets me are the general offers which make some of the targetted offers look sick.

Went shopping last night and at the checkout saw a sign of 20c fuel voucher for $150 spend. We spent >$150 and will receive the 200 bonus points for >$50 spend on dads account + 20c fuel voucher.

Must keep an eye on the timing of these general offers....

I received a fuel offer on my account.
$120 - $159 20c per litre
$160 or more 25c per litre
Normally I would ignore an offer with a target of over $100 but this week I think I'll take a chance. I'm hosting the Easter celebrations for my family so I might end up spending $120 across the whole week anyway. I just hope that I keep getting reasonable offers on my partner's account targeted around the $50 mark like the Cash for Easter card.
