I seem to recall that the t&c's of these offers state that for online shopping, delivery must occur within the validity period.

This offer has been selected especially for you and can be redeemed once. Make sure you enter your Everyday Rewards card number when you register with Woolworths Online to qualify for your reward. The qualifying amount must be spent in one transaction.

Offer valid for orders placed at Woolworths Online from 16 December 2013 to 22 December 2013 when you spend $30 or more in one transaction. I did a click and collect and collected my shopping the next day and got the points.
 
My last online offer didn't state it had to be delivered within that period. I know of someone who successfully claimed back the points on an order that was placed in time and delivered the day after the offer finished. :) I'm sure that a quick call could have it all sorted out.

Given your paying when your order I doubt it will be an issue.

I checked a couple of other offers and they had similar t&c's. It appears it depends on the offer received.

Damn, that's probably why there wasn't any slots for delivery left on Sunday 19th - everyone else wanting to get their 1K points.

Oh well, just have to accept the points received (as delivery was on 20th).
 
I received the same QW WP, but won't even manage to spend $100 unfortunately. Must be based on my parents shopping over the Christmas break.
 
I got a couple of "We miss you" offers in the inbox when we were away Dec/Jan. Since I came back on Sun, not a single offer.
I'm now off to Coles in a huff :(

I got the same offer. I just spent $80 this afternoon, dam!
But I am worried not to use it, as it is the first offer since Christmas.
