Hi

A month ago I received an offer of 750 points for $120 spend. I spent $122 on grocery and a Vodafone recharge phone voucher but did not get the 750 points. In the past I received the bonus points for purchasing phone recharge vouchers. Has anyone had this issue lately?

thanks

Well I'd probably give everyday rewards a call, as others have said keep your receipts good
practice for all of us. Good luck

Well another offer, makes 3 this week.
Spend $125 week 1 get $15
Spend $125 week 2 get $15
Spend $125 week 3 get $15
Thats a total of $45 off

We just got a couple more EDR offers. The accounts which didn't get the 4 week offer and didn't take up Week 1 of the three week offer have just received offers for money off a shop instantly for 3 weeks in a row.

The three weeks are very interesting and will be hard to keep track of as they don't align with the other promotions. The weeks start on a Thursday and end on a Wednesday. The first week starts on Thursday 25 September and the offers have to be activated by 21 September to participate.

The offers vary between $10 off a shop of $50 and $5 off a shop of $30. The percentage return is best on the $10 off offer but if I don't need $50 worth of stuff from Woolworths at the time of each offer, the $5 off $30 is probably a better option.

I'm in the strange position now that I have more $ off promotions than I can actually use. I'll have to make sure I take up the 4 week offers just at the right time and if I need extra groceries from Woolworths in the relevant timeframe I'll use one of the other offers. I love this multi account household strategy.

I got two accounts with the $5 off $30 but one account had a Spend of $40 for ten dollars off.

Well, I've done some calculations and so far the $10 off $40 is the best percentage return. This represents a saving of 25% which is pretty good for a loyalty bonus. There have been better loyalty bonuses but these don't come around very often. The $10 off $50 is a 20% saving. Well done. Enjoy your offers and your shopping.

I received a spend $50 in single shop, save $10 off that shop, valid once per week over the next 3 weeks, starting 25 Sept. Nice offer.

Mrs QF WP got $20 off an EziBuy order - consigned to the bin.

Don't think we'll achieve week 2 purchase of $100, going away for school holidays.

One account $5 off for $30 and another $10 for $50, may use one depending on how much I am home over the next few weeks.

Check the minimum spend for the Ezibuy offer. My partner got that one and there was no minimum spend. We got two items of clothing for $1 after the discount was applied.

Those offers makes my offer of spend $125 and get $15 off look very lame.

At 12% return, it's not as good as the higher percentage discounts, but if you can spend $125 in a week without really trying then it is still a good deal.

I've just checked the terms and conditions for the $ off your shop offers. They must be used instore. They can't be used on Woolworths online.

When EDR/WW ran a similar promotion a couple of months ago they had online codes as well. Unfortunately they didn't program the online codes correctly and some members who weren't entitled to use them, were able to get multiple discounts with the codes. Some EDR members also managed to order alcohol online with the codes which was excluded under the terms and conditions. I'm guessing EDR couldn't figure out how to fix the programming so they just excluded WW online from the promotion.

Haven't shopped since the first few days of August...

But, got the spend $30, save $5 offer and I'm happy to take that one up.

So well and truly 6 weeks.

I never got a "we miss you" offer when I didn't shop for 6 weeks earlier in the year. Must not be worth enough to EDR :p

I've moaned a Woolies about the recent offers that were completely out of my spending league using the "Rate This Offer" tab on the offer emails. I don't know whether it's had an impact or not but this week I got 2 offers that suit my spending much better. One is 250 points for a $30 spend and then 3 x $10 off for a $50 spend and each offer has to be a single transaction.

The first one shouldn't be a problem but the $50 will stretch me. Still, that's much more like it from Woolies. I have rated these offers too and much more positively. Hopefully the feedback is helping.

I'd love to get ANY sort of loyalty bonus like that! I receive the various double points offers (which I never take up), $$ spend for points (which I don't take up either) and the gift card offers, but have never yet received a "spend $$ to get $ off" in all the time I've been a member of EDR - they never seem to offer those (and neither do Coles) over here in WA.

It's just you. I got the $10 off for $50 spend, which you can use each week for 3 weeks. Too high a target for me, more likely to go with flybuys for a while longer.

Edit- and Coles do too in WA.
