EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Mrs SydneySwan has also received the online offer of 2000 points for $50. She had not used her EDR card for 2 months and prior to that for 6 months.

I also received this offer. I have shopped once with Woolworths online, about 6 months ago.

I received the same "selected especially for you" offer (spend $50+ online on a first order, and get 2000 bonus points), but thought it odd, since I've also used Woolworths Online once, probably about a year ago.

Anyway, I duly activated the offer, then set about adding about $50 ~ $60 worth of stuff to the online cart. But when I try to add the promo code, I get....

Sorry, you are not eligible for this coupon promotion. Please call our Customer Service Team on 1800 000 610 for assistance.

I haven't called them yet, but since it's a 1800 number, I suppose I have nothing to lose but my time.

UPDATE: Guy on the 1800 number said that I'd need to talk to the EDR people on 1300 101 234, but transferred me. EDR guy said that I could "confidently" complete the order without the promo code, then e-mail the invoice to [email protected], and they would manually credit the points. So we shall see......

But only if you are confident...

Just checking the we miss you offer conditions. Not stackable with the online offer.

The discount offered may be varied from time to time at Woolworths’ discretion. This offer can only be redeemed in store at participating Woolworths supermarkets and is not available at Woolworths online.

No offers here for quite some time. Seems quite odd as over the last year or so I'd guess at least once a fortnight something would hit the inbox.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Just looked at my docket and it's got a $10 off my next shop voucher (valid for a week) at the bottom. Happy with that.

The auto responder for that email addy is a worry

Please note that enquiries sent to this email address are not responded to.

I completed my first WW online shop. 2000 points for $55. I'm pretty happy with that. Biggest drama is being showered and dressed by 7am incase they arrive at the beginning of the delivery window!

I thought the same thing.

I avoided having to be around during a delivery window by opting to collect it from the Woolworths that's only a few minutes out of my way on the way home from work. I also played it safe by only ordering non-perishables and things that don't have to be kept warm / cold / frozen. And I avoided their online shopping tax by only buying stuff that's on special. Damned if I could get the "shop the catalogue" feature to work though.

I thought I had done the same thing but remembered I'd added 1 frozen item right at the end. All up I think there are 15 items that I've ordered. I entertained the collect option, but decided that being home and dressed was much easier than taking my 13 month old to the shops to collect and then putting him back into the car to come home. He'd be so unimpressed!

Yes I got the same email response so emailed through the contact us on the website, tried to upload an image of the offer email, but it said the message was invalid.
So just wrote to them. We'll see.
