Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I will be combing the 15% offer with a $10 off $40 offer.

Please let me know if that works. I want to combine my $10 off $50 offer with the family and friends offer. I'm trying to figure out the minimum total I have to get to before both offers will stack. I'm only going for the 10% family and friends discount on the $50 part of the offer.

Better to combine with the saveten14 coupon if over $100, than the camera comp.

Yep worked. Got $40 off a $210 shop. You will have to spend $60.01.

I received the email this morning to say I'd qualified for the $30 gift card (3 x $100 spends, which is well above my usual spend anyway) - but apparently it's "bonus week" and they want me to spend ANOTHER $100 this week to get a $15 off voucher. NOT going to happen. Going to be pulling the pin on most of my Woolies shopping for a while until they can come up with some more realistic spend offers.

Well, after saying I wasn't going to take up this Bonus Week offer, we ended up having do some unexpected shopping, so did a couple of shops since 1 October, went over the $100 qualifying spend mark at Woolworths today and .... should have known ... no $15 Bonus Week voucher on the docket. Made sure the EDR card had been scanned each time, didn't buy any "non-qualifying" items, but nope, no discount voucher for me. Have just phoned EDR and given them all the details, so now I have to wait for it to be looked into **sigh**

I believe you had to spend $100 in one transaction, I shopped yesterday and received the $15 voucher on the bottom of the docket. Yes I did spend over $100. Hope I'm wrong for your sake. Good luck

First thing I did when I got home LOL - checked the Ts & Cs of the bonus week offer as I still had the email and it says "Qualifying amount can be spent in one or multiple transactions" so I should have received it.

Yes I agree, good on you for chasing the bonus up

Hello brains trust, two QFF / EDR questions for you if I may...

1. For the purpose of determining QFF points do itunes cards count as gift cards? The EDR T&Cs say "excludes gift cards" but does not define gift cards (that I can find).

2 Is there a prevailing view about which is the better value, 4c per litre off fuel or 2 QFF pts per litre? I figure that QFF points are worth ~0.5 cents, so the QFF swap is really about 1cent per litre. My gut feel is take the 4cents. But should I be considering other factors like how frequently I fill up, volume, number of 4cpl vouchers that lapse etc?

Thanks in advance for sharing your wisdom.

I haven't purchased Itunes cards so I can't help you with that one. I think there was a time that you could get points on them and use them to qualify for targeted offers but I get the feeling the rules have changed.

The fuel voucher conversion depends on how you redeem your QFF points.
Lets take a fill of 50 litres of petrol.
Using the 4 cents voucher as cash you would get 4cents x 50 litres saving of $2.00
If you used the voucher for points you would get 2 points x 50 litres which makes 100 points
How much value can you convert for 100 QFF points? The rate varies depending on how you use the points. On a cash basis using the Auto Rewards gift cards, 100 points would get you 66cents. Some members using the 100 points for flights or upgrades would get anywhere from $1 to $4 for the same amount of points.
I don't think the amount of expired fuel vouchers comes into the picture. You can't convert vouchers into points without using them and you can't choose not to get vouchers in return for other rewards.

ITunes cards count as a purchase, not a gift card.

I'm on the last week of 4 of spend $100 to receive $100 credit. After week 1 I received an email saying I only had 3 more spends to make. I've not received another reminder since. Trusting that it works out ok. I have kept my emails.
