The following is from the original email terms and conditions for my partners offer which offered the $50 credit/discount. I'm guessing the terms are the same for the $100 discount/credit.

"Your $50 reward cannot be applied to purchases of liquor, smoking/tobacco products, gift cards and selected services."

Got today yet another spend $200 and get 1000 points.
this is the third one in about 5 weeks.
mind you, I put the spend up to 220 to allow for the inevitable out of stock items (online shopping).
Oh, and that was after the 15percent friend discount.
plus paying by Amex. Triple dipping FTW!

My partner got an offer on cleaning products. Spend $10 for 150 points. I'm not sure whether we'll take it up.

I believe someone has had a MAJOR discussion with WoW Online Powers-that-be about the 'No Rainchecks' for out-of-stock items vs "rain checks for in-store". ACCC and all...

May be going in late Dec (what's the bet it is early 2015 post Xmas spending binge - but better late than never....

I don't use online shopping very often but I have managed to get rainchecks for catalogue items which have been out of stock. I usually had to request this in the notes. I do click and collect for my online orders and the staff at customer service have also written out rainchecks on the spot.

The only time I couldn't get a raincheck is when the store was out of an online only special. Both the instore and online staff refused a raincheck in this situation and of course the refund amount wasn't anywhere near the usual retail price of the product involved.

Just got this also. Usually I get spend $100 - 500 points so better than the usual offer.
Might bite.

Mum - 1000 bonus points for $200 spend
Brother - 1000 bonus points for $200 spend
Dad - 750 bonus points for $120 spend or 500 bonus points for $80 spend

I have been overlooked after the online 2000 bonus points offer.

I got the same offer that I got two weeks ago: Spend $120 / $160 for 500 / 750 bonus points. Activated it, in case my 19yo son goes and does another "light" shop.

I also received an e-mail from EDR Customer Support, to let me know that the 2000 bonus points from the online offer a few weeks ago have been manually credited, and should appear in the next few days. :)

EDIT: I just logged into my EDR account and they're there already, as 4 x "Woolworths Complimentary points offer" at 500 points each.

4 accounts got spend $30 for 200 points at BWS and one 2x offer at BWS.
One account Spend $80/ $120 for 500 / 750 bonus points at WW.

My 2000 points for doing an online shop were manually credited overnight to my EDR account, I even got an email from the account that apparently does not send emails!

After emailing them for my 2000 points2.5 weeks ago and getting a reply to say they would post them a week later. Nothing.
So have re emailed them again.

Last week I sent them an email explaining the code they sent for the 2,000 bonus point online promotion did not work. Here is their response.

Everyday Rewards said:
Dear John, Thank you for taking the time to contact Everyday Rewards in regards to your bonus points. We can confirm that your normal Qantas points for your delivery on 25/09/2014 are showing on your account. Please bear in mind that any bonus points can take up to 7 – 14 days from the end date of the promotion before showing up on your account. Please feel free to contact us John should you have any further questions either through our website or by calling 1300 10 1234. We’re open 8am until 8pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday-Sunday (AEST).

I think 25/09/2014 was the end of the promotion. So it has been 2 weeks and still no points. Hmmm....

So got another email late last night to say that the 2000 points will be manually applied within the next 3 days.
We will wait and see.

I believe you had to spend $100 in one transaction, I shopped yesterday and received the $15 voucher on the bottom of the docket. Yes I did spend over $100. Hope I'm wrong for your sake. Good luck

First thing I did when I got home LOL - checked the Ts & Cs of the bonus week offer as I still had the email and it says "Qualifying amount can be spent in one or multiple transactions" so I should have received it.

Just an update on this one - I'm pleased to advise I received a $15 gift card in the mail today, so hats off to EDR for resolving this so quickly. I notice there were a couple of posts on Woolies' Facebook page from people saying they hadn't received the $15 Bonus Week voucher on their dockets either after reaching the qualifying spend for that week with multiple transactions, so it appears there must have been some sort of "glitch" in the system.
