BE WARNED

WoW online prices can be more expensive than the same items in the store you pick the order up from. Did a check on my order where I added 2 non-special price items.

Both were more expensive - one 7% and one 5%.

So moral of the story - harvest points online only buying specials or items that you know are not price inflated. I picked up both items had higher prices but assumed that WoW had just raised their prices (again). It was only once at store when i went to check that I found out the prices were inflated.

Its well known that online is around 5-10% more expensive, which is why I only buy the advertised specials.

Was it the $15 voucher for spending another $100 in the 4th week, after the 3x$100 spend promo? Because those voucher are very much linked to the EDR card that was eligible for the promo to get the voucher.
Yes it is but voucher is at bottom of docket. Shouldn't be linked to any Everyday Rewards at time of use. Scan the voucher and $15 off. Or is that in the fine print that when you scan the voucher the Everyday Rewards scans automatically?

Learned the lesson for next time.

My card got a "spend $275 and get 1000 bonus points". I was tempted to do this until my daughter's email account got a "We haven't seen you for so long and we miss you. Come shop online and we'll give you 30% off your next order"

As much as I hate to give up that many points, this offer floored me. It didn't include tobacco or gift cards (had gift cards been included I think I would have maxed out all the credit cards), but it included alcohol and stacked with already discounted products.

Did anyone else get that?
Yes on my husbands card, got the $275 spend for 1000 bonus points. Had a better offer on my card $80 spend for 500 bonus points or spend $120 for 750 bonus points. Did a shop yesterday, spent $123.55

So the increase in prices using online shopping offsets the savings in use of the RAC Wish cards :o

Similarly, I like to chose my own F&V, but if Mrs QF WP decides that we don't have any time to shop...

Did you check the conditions in the email that offered you the voucher? Given it was targeted voucher to one particular EDR card holder, it seems entirely reasonable that the voucher is linked to the card regardless of where the voucher is printed.

Brother - $30 gift card for $100 spend/week for 3 weeks starting 20 October

Any discounts are gratefully received....

It looks like there are several versions of the Cash for Christmas promotion.

I got the $100 for 3 weeks for the $30 card. None of our other accounts got the offer but we've been getting some really good deals on these accounts lately so I guess EDR are sharing the offers around.

The other offers I've heard of are spend $50 for 3 weeks for a $50 gift card and spend $150 a week for a $45 gift card.

Once again EDR have been inconsistent with their rewards and have rewarded disloyalty instead of loyalty.

I just logged into our family member accounts who didn't get the Cash for Christmas email. There is a banner on the first page of the account which says that each member has been given a Cash for Christmas offer but when I went to the offer pages it wasn't listed. There was a note on the offer page that said ring the EDR call centre number if the Cash for Christmas offer didn't appear on the offer page. I'm hoping an offer will pop up on this page eventually before the activation cut off date. If not I may attempt to ring the call centre number or perhaps use the contact us form in the EDR accounts.

My offer was $50 for $300 per week. In my case that's about the lower limit of the weekly shop for the 6 of us so not difficult to get :)

I also didn't receive an offer for Christmas, will also wait a few days and see if it appears, otherwise I will email them, really can't be bothered phoning them.

The $50 gift card for $150 spend makes no sense and is demoralising to those who spend more.

Maybe some people but I'm not one of them.
I'm totally not fussed on discount offers but if they offer it to me, even at an inflated spend compared with others then I'll take it happily. As long as I don't have to do or spend anything I wouldn't normally it's no big deal.
