EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

One of our accounts got a we miss you offer. In my opinion they haven't missed this family member enough yet. The offer was only for 200 points for a $50 spend. Normal offers sometimes come in at 250 points for a $30 spend so this one doesn't make sense as a we miss you offer and doesn't give us much incentive to shop using this card. Hopefully the next we miss you offer for this account will be more useful.

I'm looking forward to getting my $100 worth of groceries free on Thursday. I got a notation on my receipt to say I had qualified but there hasn't been a follow up email to say the discount has been loaded.

If they actually had a $1/1 point conversion instead of $31/$1 (I dont trust $30!), I would always dcan my EDR card.

Flybuys I scan it whenever I spend $1+....

Yeah I will def be shopping at coles this week. Harris Farm is pretty much next door...

I am so disheartened by this.

Coles I rarely shop at and tonight i am going to Target with $20 flybuy dollars! So it is very easy now to see what you get with flybuys.

Right I have gone the name and shame route on Social media.

I don't have time to argue with disinterested 3rd party call centre's

Yes the social media may be managed via a 3rd party as well (as either the same 3rd party or different one) but either way I have more success using social media than not.

Ok I got a response.

They tried to tell me that all my most recent transaction were under $30... they are correct. But there is also a transaction every week where i hit the spend amount.... not withstanding the normal points I should get...

No bonus points at all.

They admitted the issue with the fuel voucher situation but have asked for receipts - which i don't have :-(

I am sooo disheatened by this - I actually mean it and just not saying it.

I have sung the praises of EDR and qantas points for years and now I am about to get screwed about 5,000pts :-(

After Optus screwing me over for not only no bonus points (been a customer of theirs for over 10 years...) nor my final payment points (thanks to @Red Roo for helping with that one...) I feel this will be the end of me ever caring about Qantas Frequent Flyer points going forward :-(

I have received offers on same 2 cards as last week (only took one up last week) - spend $35 get 250 bonus points. FWIW my bonus points have been posting correctly recently.

No bonus offer for me, although I've had 2 in the past 2 weeks (500 pts for $120+ and 250 pts for $30+). Took advantage of both, but points seem to be taking significantly longer. All the fuel vouchers are there, but have only gotten standard base points for the first offer; standard points for the second offer (a week ago) haven't even been credited yet. No sign of bonus points either. Processing time on their points seems to be on the rise...

I got 500 points for $75 but I'm away so won't use it. Would have used it if at home.

I got the offer of 500 points for $120. They've increased my target due to the $90 shops I did to take up the 4 week promotion. I used to be offered 500 points for $75 or $80. I won't be taking up the offer.

Nothing, on last week of spend $100 save $15 instantly. Only took it up in 1 week, will see if I spend that much this week. If not I'm not swiping my EDR card.

Me 750 for $180
Mrs andye 500 for $31
Mstr andye1 1000 for $200

Will manage at least 2

Me - $100 for 500 points
Sister - $50 for 250 points
Dad - $2000 for 1000 points

Sister has $50 on the card to use so won't be spending an additional $50 in order to get 250 points, the $100 and $200 offers are both unattainable, feedback sent.

Brother - 500 bonus points for $75 spend
Me - 750 bonus points for $180 spend (courtesy of 4 week promotion)
Wife - 500 bonus points for $75 spend
