I have some news!

So after a couple of days of back and forth where they were insistent that i need to provide proof. they actually admitted that they could see a scan for one of my shops but that the promotional part hadn't seemed to have come through.

I do have the promotional emails so I was able to prove that! and surprise surprise things have happened since i was able to provide proof for at least one of my queries.

This is the response I just got from them.

The fact that they have offer 1000pts as good will is great too.

Spent my $90 in order to get the $100 off. According to the receipt the discount won't be loaded until Thursday 8 October. I'll have to do some shopping somewhere else before then.
Received an email yesterday that $100 has been loaded onto my card and have until 31 October to use the discount.

It happens much more frequently than the contracted out call centre wants to admit.

Also what they say and what they do are two different things.

If you go back a few pages (70+ posts) you'll se my detailed note.

In short rang in Nov 2014 about Sep 2014 offer taken up. Said yes, we'll credit the 2 x 2,000 points. Checked in Aug 2015 - nothing ever done. Checked a bnit more and not one offer for over 12 months honoured.

After nearly 3 weeks got email saying they'd credited another <600 points + 2 x 2000.

By my reckoning I'd averaged a 250 or 500 once every 3 weeks on that account at least - plus coupons for meat spend, fruit spend etc - so out by at least 6,000 points per family member account.

Go create spreadsheet & exercise book is only way to go.

When I've time - I'll get on to Woolworth's Company Secretary again - you want something fixed watch how fast the wheels spin when they get involved!

Last complaint to them (about the missing 2,000 points last year) led to them making online prices the same as at shop prices (following some pertinent points I made to the head of online - company sec = most senior legal officer in the company.

No-one every wants to get them offside.
 
Oh don't you worry! I will be following up every damn thing the promise me!

Send I was completely willing to get head office involved - i had a great excuse to by asking for copies of my receipts... that means Woolies actually have to do it not some third party!


I have no offers this week (I am also wondering if i will get get cut off from offers now i have been a pain!) so will actually be doing a big monthly shop at Coles/Harris Farm.

But going forward I will keep copies of everything!

The boyfriend has a company car but he pays the duel... he has been instructed to take a photo of every receipt from now on before submitting for reimbursement!
 
Also another way of looking at it is that they don't just trust any muppet to run their facebook.

One would hope that someone who has facebook access has some sense of normalicity!

They wouldn't let an inexperience person access to such a site! (well i hope!)

Social media complaints have never failed me!
 
my $100 wasnt loaded onto my rewards card by last night so rang the call centre today and after a longish wait they confirmed I had indeed qualified and were going to email me in the next 72 hours an egift card for $100 that has a 12 month expiry....lets just wait and see whether this happens or another phone call is needed....will update in due course !!

I would have loved an egiftcard. That would have meant I could have used the $100 as a payment method across as many shopping trips as I wanted without having to spend $100 in one go.

I got my $100 worth of shopping at Woolworths on Friday. Everything went well. I even got a bunch of animal cards as well even though technically I wasn't eligible for any after the big discount took the final transaction total to 31cents.
 
Been getting coughpy offers - double points and product offers - but not utilised any of them

absolutely no offers for any of our cards. Being O/S for 7 weeks seems to have made us invisible

Same happened to me when I was OS earlier this year. It was only after I returned and started using the car again that offers started to reappear.
 
woo-hoo! I'm back to 'spend $50' to get 250 bonus points!

Since the 5000 bonus for on-line shopping my offers had been for increasing spend. Scanned the card yesterday for only the second time in a couple months, for a small transaction ($32), and the lower offer comes today. Will be interesting to see if the 'spend $50' stays the same, but points go up for future offers.
 
My partner's account got the offer of 500 points for $75 spend. I don't think we need this much stuff from Woolworths this week after getting $100 worth of stuff last week. I'm hoping for one of the family accounts to get a $30 offer soon. That figure would be about right.
 
I got the 500pts for $75 offer this morning.

To little too late... I did a big shop at costco and coles yesterday.

My 250 pts from 29/7 have turned into 6 pts to QFF? Thoughts - best way to contact. Email or Facebook?
 
Haven't had an offer for ages (months), even after scanning my card for a few small shops...
 
Same happened to me when I was OS earlier this year. It was only after I returned and started using the car again that offers started to reappear.

Seems to have worked. Only one shop since we returned and a 250 bonus point offer for $35 or more shop turned up this morning
