AVC, I hear you ;).

Been impressed by shintaro10x and others with their price per bonus point, trying to reduce mine :D

At those prices, almost worth throwing them away...

16 days ago I registered for the promo: "Earn bonus points when you buy 2 or more Macro products over this week".
I bought 4 products 10 days ago which should earn 250 bonus points. "Your bonus points will appear in your Everyday Rewards account up to 7 days after the offer end date".

No points yet :(

Fifa, I find they post the Friday following the end of yet promo I wish they posted at the same time as the transaction posts, however there must be a secondary check that the transaction meets the offer terms.

Time to ring up with your receipt number, shop name etc. They are usually are pretty good at posting on follow up

I received an offer today of 200 bonus points for spend $20 on confectionery at Big W.

Thanks for the info.
I haven't received many of these promos until recently so had no idea of the posting dates. As Friday has been and gone I'll do as you suggested and give them a call.

WoW 3 offers for me this week.

300 bonus over $30 at BWS
100 bonus over $30 at WW
And today.. 200 bonus over $20 on confectionary at BigW

Misses also also got the over $20 on confectionary at WW for 250 bonus.

Got a Wednesday offer for a change, 250 points for $20 of chocolate at BigW.
Me too, but only 200 points for $20 spend on Easter choc. Of course, yesterday I bought a $19.95 bag of Red Tulip mixed easter eggs for my lolly jar at work. Guess I'll be buying another before next Sat ...

Same offer here as well.

An interesting set of offers for the family:

Me - 250 bonus point when I spend more than $50 on my next order through Woolworths Online this week
Me - 200 points for $20 spend on chocolate at Big W
Mrs - When you buy 2 or more Woolies Select products (2 for 50 points, 3 for 100 and 4 for 200)
mini #2 - 500 points when you spend $30 or more at one of our partners

So an easy 1,150 bonus points on our way, for a spend of $51.56 (ignoring our usual online spend)

Well, I should take out the bonus points on the regular spend, so 900 points for $51.56; or 5.72c per bonus point. Not as good as some of yours shintaro10x - no minimum spend makes the averages drop.

If I add back in the 250 points for first $50 of our online spend, then 1,150 points for $101.56; or 8.83c per bonus point. About what you could get on a one way fare on the trunk routes if I flew.

Challenging you for one week doesn't count, it's the quarterly results or even annual that matter.

Does anybody know if some WW online specials are available online only. As I use boozle.com.au and it indicated a slab of Oettinger beer at WW was for 27.99 but instore it was 29.99. However the online price was 27.99.

Doing the weekly shop at Woolworths Liquor this week, get the weekly supplies plus a few EDR bonus QFF...

Was totally shocked at the price of Penfolds 389 @ $74.99 a bottle...

When did that go up...? Dare I say it I left it on the shelf and just did the Beer / Bourban option, but seriously, ~$75 for 389 me is amazed :shock::shock:

$60 at Dan Murphy's.

Does purchasing at WW liquor qualify as a spend at WW in terms of meeting bonus points targets?

Woolworths Liquor prices are exorbitantly high and have been creeping higher - now often more expensive than the local independent. The only time I buy from there is if I'm desperate or on special. Specials are getting less generous too. Vintage Cellars specials are often better than WWL now, though their normal prices are the most expensive.

I agree 100%.... Woolworths please take note, we all see what is going on...

BTW, I'm just waiting for Coles to get their act together with Virgin and put some real pressure on EDR....

Yes Woolworths are on the brink of losing it IMHO, time Coles joined the party with a real frequent flyer offering / partnership to compete with EDR...!

I still can't see the value in Flybuys... Yet...!

I think they hope that people like us will focus on the points to be earnt rather than the price paid. Pity for them they are wrong. !
