Once I've got my spreadsheet finished, I'll be calculating my averages from week to week and overall - hoping to see lowering numbers.

Hoping you make the template available for others in here, I would be keen to see what you come up with

$38.80 per bottle @ Daniel Murphy's if there is a store close to you... ~12% cheaper than BWS

Based on the cost difference between Dan's and BWS, and the QFF bonus earn + standard earn rate, your 314 QFF points come at a cost of $5.20 or $0.0166 per point.

Major, I am only making an example of your post so others can see how to calculate the "true cost" for these points we are all getting, in your case you need to "value" your points at a rate greater than 1.66 cents per point otherwise there is little value in the EDR offer.

Totally a different calculation though if there is no Dan Murphy's close to where you live.

I take your point however I drive past the BWS almost daily and is therefore convenient. Dan's is about 5 km's out of my way.

I did get a birthday reward of 100 points last week and did do a shop of $98. I don't count the birthday points as an offer because everyone gets that one.
I also did a $45 spend at BWS in hope of triggering some action there as well. Its not our local, but went out of my way for that one, Dan Murphys is at our local Woolies.
I think I will be making "the call!"

I had my birthday last week, however no bonus for me!

Just another 300pts for a carton of beer at BWS, and a staggered bonus up to 200pts from BW.

Might just have to spend $858 without the double points

I wouldn't want to embarrass myself with my (simple) knowledge of Excel. But I suppose people could definitely delete it and start again with the basics I give them...

For me and my sister, the two same offers. $30+ for 300 points at BWS and double points at Big W.
My brother and Dad no offers, after both receiving birthday offers the last fortnight. I expect them to get we miss you offers next week or the next.

As shintaro10x pointed out, you have to balance up whether the bonus points are worth it or not. I always try to get something that is on special and cheaper (Or same price) then at Dan Murphy's or First Choice. I use Boozle.com.au : Search for Australia's cheapest alcohol prices and check out all the booze websites for specials. Also if a choice between Dan Murphy's or 1st Choice I would use 1st Choice just to get some flybuy points.

She said that sometimes it goes on what you buy e.g. nappies or salmon.
I don't have a baby and I'm allergic to fish, haha. So thats out!

She assures me that it is purely random picks by the computer. I looked back on my bonus points and I got nothing for January, 1 for February & 1 for March. A bit sad but it is what it is.
I can't even win a raffle, so I guess some of us have better luck.
I will just keep hoping.

Lol she said it isn't triggered but then tells you that certain products trigger bonuses.

Foe example, I don't usually buy chicken, fruit and veg, chocolate and have not received one of the bonus offers that other members here have received. Yet obviously I do trigger certain offers like spends at BWS (Spirits or $30 and over), WW (bonus points for certain spends and 2x/3x and or petrol vouchers) and Big W (Bonus points for certain spends and 2x).

Also I think certain offers are triggered by your age, sex and location.

I thought we might get some Easter Eggs offers today as I usually buy lots of Easter Eggs. We didn't get any Easter Egg offers but eventually two offers showed up in the inbox.

Junior member: spend any amount in two of BWS, Big W and Woolworths for 100 bonus points. Spent $7 today at Big W and will use this card to buy the cheapest item in my grocery shop at WW later in the week.

Me: spend $100 for 7cent voucher, $125 for 9cent voucher or $150 for 12cent voucher at WW. I guess if I spend $150 in one transaction I'll end up with a 20cent voucher instantly and a 12 cent one will turn up later.

I'd love to know why some of the offers turned up later than usual.

Very poor offers this week

- Me spend $200-$229 get 150 bonus points, spend $230-$249 get 200 bonus points or spend $250+ for 300 bonus points
- Brother received double points at Big W for $30+ spend

Both of the offers have been activated and that is where it ends. Time to spend small(er) amounts on the other 3 accounts....
