Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Our family received a couple of triple points offers lasting for the next few days. I didn't really get very excited about it so didn't report it.

Yep same here, 3* and that's it.

However would add one little gripe my wife is very grumpy at.
  • A few weeks ago, she got a spend $40 each week for $10 off each week. i.e Total was spend $120 for $30.
  • She activated it and after the first week got the $10 off, then next week spent the $40+ and didn't.
  • Went and checked on the fine print and found you had to activate each of the weeks in succession.
  • As she didn't on the 2nd week therefore missed out (despite the spend) and didn't get the opportunity on the 3rd week.
  • Presumably this was via an email and guessing 2nd week as well which she must have glossed over on the 3rd week.
  • Given the standard MO as is widely reported in this thread is activate a 2 or 3 or 4 week deal you think you are sorted, but shows to not gloss over the conditions.
  • Our bad.but suspect a little curve ball thrown in to catch our the unwary.

Two of us received spend x dollars for three weeks for y points. Offers were activated but no comment on receipt after spend. We could be very unhappy if points don't arrive on completion.

Ah now that explains it, my husband was the same. Did the first week and the second week shop, but didn't activate it the second week. I wondered why there was nothing on the docket.
I Must watch the offers more closely.

What a con, Woolworths. Although not clear until you read all the terms and conditions my last 3 week offer only applied to BWS. So much for the opportunity for "cracking specials" and buy "online, in store and with your groceries." Hardly the way to win friendly customers and influence them. Our nearest BWS store is 50km away!
Now I'm glad I bought my turkey from Coles.

Me too. Got caught out by this. I had spend $40 x 3 weeks, missing out on any bonus points at Coles and their double SC.

Ditto here as well. I received two offers for bonus points from WoW and then the 3 week offer. I proceeded to spend the weekly $40 and now on closer examination I see it only applies to BWS. WoW have succeeded in totally eliminating any loyalty they were developing. Back to Coles and Aldi for me. Anyone effected that is on Twitter should make an issue of how misleading the promotion was and see if there is any response to an assertion of deliberately being misleading, by failing to highlight the change.

Have to say that I noticed it was for BWS without any effort.

I've received an offer to spend $90* or more in as many shops as I like by this Sunday, 7th January for a 1500 point boost.

Also an extra 2000 points if I spend $150 online and choose Pick up.

PS Judging by previous posts, I obviously missed out on a BWS offer. Probably because I rarely buy alcohol (and I think I've never bought anything from BWS!).

Today received spend $70 or more in 1 transaction before 7th Jan & receive 1,300 points

I had 2 offers similar to above. Spend $120 in as many shops by Sunday and receive 1600 points, the other one was spend $110 also for 1600 points.

We got three offers for our family members.
$50 in one shop for 1000 points
$60 in one shop for 1200 points
$80 in one shop for 1400 points

We don't need much from Woolworths this week so will probably take up the $50 offer.

$60 or more in one transaction for 1200 points by this Sunday 7th Jan.
