Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

I did one of my $40 WW shops earlier today. At the end of the transaction my $30 Woolworths dollars appeared on the screen and on my receipt. I've just checked my account and it says I will get $30 off the next shop, whenever that happens to be. The reminder emails just came through for the accounts with the offer. I'm impressed that they've credited the funds instantly. Hopefully things work well on Friday for the second transaction.

It will be really funny if the next targeted offer has a required spend of $30. The checkout operator will wonder what is going on when I have to pay less than $1 when I finalise the transaction.

The same result with one of our accounts today. As soon as the 'pay' option was pushed it showed "You have $30 WoW dollars but would not allow them to be redeemed.

If you spend exactly the amount of WoW dollars you have (or a $10 multiple thereof) it causes the system to freeze and have an "error" attack. Seems WoW do not like having multiple items sold for a $0.00 total.

On the other hand - I like it!

I did my $100 shop and used the barcode on the specials pamphlet
The $10 will come off my next shop.

The system doesn't like any items getting sold for a $0.00 total. When 'free' items come up (normally some sort of offer), the system adds a token 0.01 charge which is then discounted at the end of the transaction.

$60 in Woolworths dollars was added to our family member accounts this week after completing the 4 week offers. We haven't received any new offers today for any of the accounts. After stocking up on lots of stuff we won't be spending much at either Coles or Woolworths this week.

Mrs excel received a letter in the post outlining four weeks of spend $45, get $5 offers.

Between 10 and 15% isn't atrocious, but I'm hardly chomping at the bit to run back woolies.

Will compare to What Coles offer this week before deciding.

Although the current $10 WWR catalogue offer excludes gift cards, has anybody actually tried it to see if it really does exclude them?

No offer of any type now for more than three months otherwise....

None of our 3 local WoWs had that the last time - so after the first day you did not get it.
I told mum and dad to make sure they got the catalogue on Friday when they went to Woolworths. The catalogues were not delivered to this store. Not a catalogue to be seen anywhere.

We shopped $101 on my card and $140 on my wifes card to complete the 4 week offer of $50 Woolworths dollars and $30 Woolworths dollars. So in effect we lost another $20 Woolworths that was supposedly available to everyone. And as usual staff have no idea what is going on.

I am very disappointed that Woolworths would run this type of general promotion and then not send catalogues out to their stores. :( And by the way we have not been receiving catalogues at home for at least a few weeks so who ever is supposed to be letter dropping the catalogues is dumping them somewhere and still getting paid?

I didn't end up getting a targeted offer this week from Woolworths Rewards. Today I spent just under $20 there. That's the first time since April I've made a Wooolworths purchase without having a targeted offer. I used a card which has never received a targeted offer since the revamp so I'm hoping this triggers something.

good luck. it hasn't worked for us yet

Mrs WF who doesn't read her WW emails nor looks at the WW receipt, is getting all the offers and currently has more than WW$10...

Anyone else where the "man of the house" isn't getting any offers but the "fairer half" is?

Happy wandering

Fred

Yes Fred in same boat the good lady does me zilch.

Might be because I directed Woolies to the incredible funny story of the member here buying all the dog, cat & bird food at the time to get Q points then he and his wife doing a world trip in J (then giving the food packets to RSPCA for a tax write off :)

Finally an offer (well sort of)

WW$5 for a $40 purchase at BWS...

I don't think I have ever spent that much at BWS in one go... And I need to get a batch of home made beer started

Got the same offer. Plus WW$10 for $70 spend at BWS.

Need to bottle my last batch of home brew.

Nice to see some BWS offers starting to appear.

At least WR are starting to send some sort of targeted offers.

I haven't seen any Woolworths Supermarket offers since the 4 week promotion ended.
