Famous people seen (or even met) whilst flying or lounging

Cut it out you lot!

Given 10k facebook likes costs me 2.20usd in bangalore, the above two posts have to cost me at least 50 bucks. - I still have some AN Golden Wing guest passes, will they do? ;)
I still have the keyring you gave out at a previous flounge run! More useful IMHO. ;)

John Borgetti (if he is classed as famous lol) this morning on the 9am Brisbane/Sydney flight. June I said 'hi' to Chris Angel on a Southwest Airlines Las Vegas-LA flight

I saw former Indonesian president B. J. Habibie at Yogyakarta airport (JOG) on Wednesday. He was getting on a Garuda flight to Jakarta, likely to attend independence celebrations on Friday. The flight attendant bowed and kissed his hand when he boarded the plane. I didn't recognise him and had to be told who he was.

Just arrived into Adelaide on QF737 and thought I'd pop into the lounge for an apple or orange to take to the office tomorrow. Inside I saw all/most of the West Coast Eagles. They must have been heading back home after they defeated the Power yesterday. They were quite polite. (I'm generalising. One of them was quite polite, I thought. But I don't really follow the code so didn't know the names/faces of anyone in particular).

They are very polite, even when not representing the Eagles.

That said, they won, so they better be happy :D

Thought AFL footballers would habit DJ, not QF lounges these days ...

QF599 was put on just today ADL-PER departing 1955cst

The Sydney Swans were in the DJ lounge at lunchtime yesterday....I did not see any of them touch the alcohol :)

I briefly meet Tryin Bingham in the SYD F lounge yesterday. Well at the reception area. Would have liked to stay for a beer but they were calling my flight.

Also had a large number of Panthers on QF 113 to AKL last Friday, 17 August. They weren't seen in the SYD F lounge. ;)

I was on a flight ADL - MEL this afternoon. The front 10 rows of Y were littered with various AFL TV commentators. They all had a shadow.

On wednesday I flew SYD - MEL and sat in the row behind James Tomkins. There were also a couple of olympic team members on this flight.

I had to do a double take - was gonna say, Ryan Bingham isn't a real person!
