Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

4x $130 per week for 10,000 points. Might be time to pass on the offers for a while.

Same here on both counts (although our coupon book was $150, so we're slowly dropping). Also I got docket deals on Tuesday and Wednesday for spend $130 and get 1500 points, which is 500 more than usual.

My offer is spend $70 for 4 weeks to receive $50 or 10k points. As a reference point my coupon book targets are $50 and my last 4 week challenge was spend $50 per week. I will be shopping at Woollies this cycle as finally some decent offers from WOW - listed on the Woollies thread.

Is there anyone here who keeps really close track, like me, of exactly how many flybuys points they have in their account?

I am missing 50 points at the moment. I've spoken to a couple of family members and each of them are also missing 50 points from the account. There are no negative entries in the transactions list.

I was waiting for a couple of coupons to credit so I kept track over the last few days of exactly what my balance was. Some points got added to my account today from the 10x points bonus email. 70 points show in the transaction listing but the overall total of my account is only up by 20 points from where it was on the weekend after only some of my coupons were credited.

Is anyone else missing 50 points?

I don't store mine offline to check sorry, but I have a seperate gripe.

Today I got what I thought was a second, identical docket deal to the one I received on Sunday (spend 120 get 1500). In the past I have been able to stack multiple docket deals and as such got excited.

But Alas, the barcodes are identical.

I plan on trying to apply both and following up with a complaint. Thoughts?

I saw a similar incident to this reported on Facebook. I think it was a flybuys error. In my opinion the offer is on the system and can only be triggered once even if you present multiple docket deals. The flybuys response was that you can only use one of the dockets per transaction but I think the rep made an error. I think the offer exists once even though flybuys have printed multiple copies of the offer.

By the way, I partly solved the mystery of the 50 points. It's connected to the Flybuys travel survey from February which was credited around March 18 this year. I went back through the transaction history and found a couple of extra entries for 18/03/15 which were processed on 16/05/16 and 20/05/16. It looks like they somehow credited the points again and then reversed their error. The credit appeared about the time of my other coupon credits and I didn't recognise the error. The wrong amount was in the account anyway due to the missing coupons and I spotted the reversal but not the original credit error.

I got two of those (spend $130 for 1500) last week, and yesterday I used one, and it spat out another, all with the same barcode. Maybe the code that limits you to 1 docket deal per week is broken?

Very interesting that it spat it out in the same transaction you used it.

I would say something is broken in the system, but you might have more of a case than I do for a retro claim!

I seem to remember using two (albeit different) docket deals in the same transaction previously but I could easily be mistaken

Just logged in to my online account and found a triple points on your biggest shop offer, with 2 days left. I'll check the catalogue and see if there's anything I need.

I completed my week 1 shop of $50. I also used a 1000 point docket deal, a 500 point coupon and a triple points docket deal. Once you factor in the first part of the 4 week promotion, that means I'll be getting back just over $20 worth of points from a $50 shopping trip.

Nice!! Wish I received such achievable offers. I clearly need to share my shopping $$ around a bit more!!!

Very happy to get another docket deal today on a $2 spend to stack with my other offers - $90 for 1000 points

Since Wednesday I've got three additional 1500 points for $130 spend docket deals, that share a barcode which is different to last week's. I had a look at the fine print and it says "Only 1 Docket Deal can be redeemed per transaction." So no leg to stand on for stacking the same deal, although I reckon using the same barcode over several shops should be allowed since it's been printed multiple times.

That's the key. Stop spending at Coles for a month and watch the generous offers roll in. Never fails for me.

or pick up a new temp card in store, spend $25 and get a docket coupon with "spend $30 by June 14, 2016 and get 1,000 points' as my wife did yesterday. Sure beats the 'spend $320' I've been getting.

Another account has begun...

Interestingly on a $4 spend (went back for more half priced magnums) the same $90 offer, again, identical barcode, reprinted.

As mentioned it does clearly say, one docket deal per transaction.

Wonder whether this is a deliberate reminder or a glitch.
