Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Has anyone received any docket deals in the last 3 weeks. I usually get one every week but haven't seen anything for the last 3 weeks. Some members were getting lots of docket deals, more than they could use. Is there a change in policy?

I've been getting more "spend $150 get 1500 point" dockets than i can poke a stick at lately. I never spend $150 in a shop and i'm not going to for only 1500 points.

Give me 500 for $60 and id shop at coles every week without fail.

Do they have the same barcode?

Also a one per transaction limit seems to have been introduced recently.

My last two I have had two copies of, has only worked once per shop, but i have used it over two shops (i.e. each docket once, even though its the same offer/barcode)

Still haven't received the bonus flybuys from the prepaid MasterCard offer. Anyone else got theirs yet?

No. Technically, they have until tomorrow morning to pay out so hopefully we will see a large transfer tonight. Otherwise, we will all need to get onto the flybuys rep tomorrow to see why they are late.

Hi, is this for the offer we sent via email on 26th May?

I'm pretty sure it was an offer that expired on May 18th. It was buy a $100 Coles Mastercard and get 1000 Flybuys within 4 weeks of the end of the promotion. My wife activated the offer and bought 2 x $100 cards so we should receive 2000 Flybuys, but we haven't got the points yet.

There is a copy of the terms of the offer on page 89 of the following thread. (http://www.australianfrequentflyer....ards/gift-cards-at-supermarkets-48505-89.html)

Page 84 of the same thread has a screenshot of the offer that we activated. (http://www.australianfrequentflyer....ards/gift-cards-at-supermarkets-48505-84.html)

Yes.
On 31 May across two accounts got spend X get Y points. Then a few days later got identical offer with same expiry date of June 14 (and same bar code number) on the docket for one of them. Redeemed on Monday!

No.

It was, as described above, an offer that ended on May 18.

You got 500 points for a $50 or $1,000 points for a $100 prepaid Coles mastercard (non-reloadable).

Same here. No docket deals = less shopping at Coles.

The bonus points for the Coles Gift MasterCard offer (emailed to members on 4th May, offer expired 18 May) should be in some qualifying members' accounts tomorrow (Friday 17th), and for the balance on Monday 20th. We're sorry for the delay with this, owing to some unexpected data issues.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I wonder if everyone still has their statement/coupon book sent to them? I think I received 2 in the last year or so and haven't the chance to really think about it till now. Realised I just missed so many points not being organised enough...

Sorry, unfortunately it was too prompt. We have since been advised that the points will be applied in two lots - which will appear in members' accounts on Friday 17th for one lot, and on Monday 20th for another lot. Apologies for this extended delay and for the change in advice.

I did not receive any points overnight so I assume I am in the Monday lot. My points are worth a few hundred dollars so I am reasonably eager to see them successfully credit to my account.

I used to always get them but missed out on the last lot - didn't get a statement at all.

No email offers of late, either. A few for Liquorland, but nothing else.

I am happy to report that all 64000pts from the recent GC MC promotion have appeared in my FB account in the past few hours.

I received a spend $70 each week for 2 weeks for 4,000 points. Reached qualifying spend last week, ordered online for delivery today worth $75.65 (inc delivery). Received notification that one article was out of stock (and not substituted grrr), bringing total to $73.63 (inc $4 delivery). Hoping the 4,000 points will still be credited as there are no terms to indicate qualifying spend doesn't include delivery?

Flybuys, can you please offer peace of mind and assure me bonus points will be credited? Thanks heaps :)
