Signed up early november. Received my silver card early this week.

I signed up on Nov 17th, received a "Welcome to topbonus" email on 05/12/16 and again the same email today. No card in the mail and still classic on the website.

Also signed up the girlfriend on Nov 17th and she received a classic card in the mail a week ago. Unsure if silver online though.

It was due to expire at the end of last month anyway. But those who registered before 30 November should still be eligible as per the original terms and conditions.

Yes, this has happened to a few people already. I believe the red cards are automatically sent when you sign up, but the silver cards are only sent after you receive confirmation that you've received an "upgrade" to Silver. This is accompanied by an email. In my case I was already a member of Topbonus so did not receive a red card after signing up for the promo.

Yes, that's what happened in my case.

I finally received my topbonus card today which is Classic, not silver, even though I registered for the Silver status promotion
