I encountered similar issues but seemed to get it to work by refreshing the page each time there was an error...
same thing happened to me. as per one of the other threads managed to fix it by logging out of my FF account, clearing cookies and cache on the computer and bringing up the booking through the MMB using the PRN and last name.
