Additional care: probably, not sure as never stayed there previously. I emailed the hotel and requested an early check-in which wasn't confirmed and they gave me a rate (~ THB5000) for early check-in which I ignored and turned up early. Upon inquiring about room upgrade, staff said I wasn't entitled even I am a Platinum member as I didn't book with the hotel directly so I mentioned that I got Amex Travel to book the first night for me and booked the second night directly with Accor using Stay Plus benefit. Note: I couldn't book the first night using Stay Plus probably being Saturday night with higher rate. This staff then checked my booking again and decided to swap the booking around, took me to the member lounge for check in and upgrade the room for both nights :)
General comments: Nice view of Lumpini park, nice hotel with good breakfast. Swimming pool and gym are a bit crowded.

Property: Pullman G Bangkok
Status: Platinum
VIP treatment: I guess so. We, a party of 4, turned up on a Saturday night at their popular rooftop wine bar/restaurant without a reservation and were informed that we couldn't get in as they were fully booked. I then tried my luck and asked if there was a reserved table for their Platinum member of which the staff initially said no. However, she did some more checking and gave us a table and moved us to a much better table later on.

50! :)

I'm doing my first in a few weeks. With the phone application and the web site mis-behaving (as usual) I called to make a booking. Very nice reservation agent, secured (I hope) me a room on the back of the hotel away from the influence of the chiming clock! (Again, I hope!)

Planning a visit to Pullman Aerocity (New Delhi airport) in December; Accor plat.

Check-in would be regular time (ie afternoon of day 1) but I have a flight leaving at 1:30AM in day 3. They have a rate for "24 Hours" which may have been OK if I checked in late (I'd want departure about 10 or 11 PM on day 2) but looking at the T&Cs, somewhat bizarrely I find that this rate has normal check-in/out times and the only difference appears to be that breakfast is included (its about $40 more than regular members rate).

So I e-mailed them to ask what they could do for me for a 1.3 day stay, checking out late evening.

Pretty promptly they came back with a rate including breakfast about $25 over the 'members 24 rate', with guaranteed room upgrade and check-out at 10:30pm (and airport transfers, which I won't need). I could have booked the set '24 hour' rate and I should get the upgrade anyway and I might have begged a late check-out to maybe 5pm. But I'm pretty happy paying the little bit extra with the upgrade and super-late check-out locked in.

BTW, anyone stayed here?
