It's not exactly the first time that things have gone pear shaped at T2... as if they have no idea what to do.

I'm in the BNE lounge. My flight to SYD is currently showing as scheduled...praying it stays that way. Apart from that, the wireless internet is a bit of a drop-in-drop-out affair.

I asked for a little bit of give and take with VA but nothing! You would think a little bit of free customer service would go hand in hand. Thank God for trip it which notified me of the flight cancellation....

I'll be in the SYD domestic lounge from around 5:15pm today until 6:45. Currently one of my last scheduled flights on this gig. Considering FIFO options to MEL or moving to another state for my next gig.

Edit: I guess I'll try to be in the lounge otherwise I might have to try and find a hotel. How long does it take them to recover from this sort of nightmare?
