They probably missed AustPost deadline to get them delivered by Christmas…Nothing here yet either - October's and September's credits were processed on the 9th of the month respectively.

That sounds like a PITA. Screen shot of what? Maybe FB statement online…Phoned the Guest Centre yesterday. Was told to email (with my Velocity Number in the subject line) to [email protected] and to include a screenshot of my Coles transactions for the month.
Maybe if others do the same it might give them a kick up the proverbial ... I believe that gold@velocity... and silver@velocity... are also valid, and I'd guess there might also be a red@velocity ...., or some such.
