**Insert Month here** Coles status credits Late?

Has anybody received their Coles status credits for November yet? The two weeks are up, and no movement here ...

Just checked my statement again and I've had no SC since September.

10 Nov for 31 Oct earn last for me. Credits from 15 Dec 2021 already not being counted. It doesn't impact me but still annoying.
That raises a point. Nov 2021 was processed Dec 15th last year and December even later. Other months usually by the 12th.

Yeah, I'm still waiting too. And the October credits came through several days earlier in the month.

They probably missed AustPost deadline to get them delivered by Christmas…

Phoned the Guest Centre yesterday. Was told to email (with my Velocity Number in the subject line) to [email protected] and to include a screenshot of my Coles transactions for the month.

Maybe if others do the same it might give them a kick up the proverbial ... I believe that gold@velocity... and silver@velocity... are also valid, and I'd guess there might also be a red@velocity ...., or some such.

I suspect these will trickle through automatically eventually. It’s not the first time they’ve gone walkabout. But would be annoying if someone was hanging out for 5 SC to make the diff to attaining/retaining a status level…

Yes, from Flybuys transactions page. Receipt numbers preferred, but who keeps all their old Coles receipt? Me from now on!

I have just emailed Flybuys, will see if they get back to me at all.
