Jetstar Delays/Cancellations

Much later on 5 June 2018, JQ680, the 1855 hours HBA up and across to ADL that was in the sky at 1929 with A320 VH-VFN looks to be arriving at around the 2050 hours mark, 35 minutes behind schedule.
 
On what has been a wet 24 hours in SYD, JQ603 (0700 SYD down to AVV) with A320 VH-JQX had not taken off by 0856, so expect it to be more than 100 minutes late into Avalon.

UPDATE: This aircraft is returning to SYD as JQ604, a departure time of 1305 but takeoff at 1441. Arrival should be at 1662, 82 late.

Thursday 7 June 2018 has JQ605, the 0755 hours SYD - AVV that was not airborne until 0936 (A320 VH-VQH) estimated as arriving at 1051, 81 late. There was some fog in Sydney.

Northbound JQ404, the scheduled 0810 hours SYD - OOL that was not in the sky until 1042 with A320 VH-JQL looks to be arriving at about 1150 hours, 140 late.

JQ524 (0855 hours MEL - SYD) was in teh air at 0945, arriving at 1054, 34 late with A321 VH-VWQ.

In further on Thursday 7 June 2018 that was a foggy morning in Sydney, JQ824 (1100 hours SYD - BNE that took off at 1204 with A321 VH-VWQ) will be at least 45 minutes late arriving.
 
Wintry weather in MEL seems to be resulting in a few delays coupled with the normal 0900 hours late in teh week congestion.

JQ503, the 0700 hours Friday 8 June 2018 SYD down to MEL (A320 VH-VFI) took off at 0733, only about 15 -20 minutes late but an unusual holding near Queanbeyan and then a dogleg flight pattern sees arrival at 0926, 51 late.

JQ730 (0820 hours LST - MEL, A321 VH-VWT) took off at 0849, about 15 minutes late but die to being held over Wonthaggi, arrival should be at around 1005 hours, 40 late.

Later on Friday 8 June, JQ441 (A320 VH-VQR, the 1620 hours OOL down to MEL that was pointing skywards at 1711) should arrive at 1916, 31 late.

Northbound MEL - BNK JQ464, airborne at 1720 looks to be arriving at 1905, 35 late.
 
The evening of Sunday 10 June 2018 sees JQ58 (DPS - BNE, B788 Vh-VKA) having taken off at 1648 despite a much earlier 1245 hours lunchtime scheduled departure. Arrival should be at 2348 very late tonight, 218 minutes behind schedule.
 
JQ57, the 0720 hours BNE up to DPS (B788 VH-VKA) on Tuesday 12 June 2018 took off at 0745 with arrival suggested at 1202 hours, 37 minutes behind schedule.

The BOM forecast does not so indicate, but is there fog around NTL? JQ472, the 0615 hours MEL - NTL did not take off until 0852 with A320 VH-VQQ. At 1007, it may have just emerged from a holding pattern. VA1100 from BNE is also in a hold.

Further south the LST - MEL JQ730 (A321 VH-VWW) looks to be arriving at about 1023, 58 minutes late.

JQ525 on Tuesday 12 June 2018, A320 VH-VGA from SYD to MEL is arriving at 2123 hours, 43 late.

The next sector was JQ776, the 2110 hours MEL - ADL that took off at 2210 with arrival suggested as 2247, 47 late and not far off curfew.

The TSV - MEL JQ917, the 1945 hours that was airborne at 2050 (A320 VH-VQJ) should arrive at 2338 tonight, 48 late.

Wednesday 13 June sees JQ946, the 1020 hours MEL - CNS that took off at 1058 (A320 VH-VQF) likely to arrive at 1413 hours, 33 minutes tardy.
 
On Sunday 17 June 2018, JQ35, the 1745 hours MEL - DPS with B788 VH-VKF took off at 2037 so arrival should be at roughly 0009 hours on Monday 18, 144 late.
 
JQ608, the Monday 18 June 2018 scheduled 1750 hours from AVV up to SYD that took off at 1844 (A320 VH-VFX) looks to be arriving at 1952, 37 late tonight.

JQi B788 VH-VKF hads had six consecutive delayed flights since Saturday, with JQ44, the Monday 18 June 2018 afternoon flight likely to arrive ex DPS in MEL at 0030 on Tuesday 19 June, 135 minutes late.

Earlier delayed flights had been JQ63, the 1515 mid afternoon Saturday MEL - SGN that took off at 0005 on Saturday 17, almost nine hours late - the aircraft was probably substituting for a failed colleague - then JQ64, followed by JQ35/JQ36 MEL - DPS return overnight and JQ43 this morning.

The aircraft should be on time tomorrow as it seems to be laying over in Melbourne tonight before running JQ43, the 0915 hours to DPS.

The evening of Tuesday 19 June 2018 finds JQ622, the 1815 hours MEWL up to SYD that did not take off until 1917 with A321 VH-VWW likely to arrive at 2027 hours, 47 late.
 
On Friday 22 June 2018, JQ472 (A320 VH-VFN) did not take off until 1021 despite a timetabled departure of 0615 hours. Arrival is suggested as 1137 in lieu of 0745 hours.

This aircraft is likely to run late all day unless a return trip is cancelled.
 
JQ63 (Saturday 23 June 1515 hours MEL - SGN that was airborne at 1631, B788 VH-VKF) is estimated to arrive at 2214 tonight, 69 late.

Due to the above tardiness of JQ63, JQ64, the overnight SGN down to MEL should arrive on Sunday 24 June at 1046 hours, 36 late.
 
Later on Sunday 24 June 2018, JQ608, the 1750 hours AVV - SYD that took off at 1838 (A320 VH-VQK) should arrive at 1954 tonight, 39 minutes late.
 
JQ408 (1120 hours late morning SYD - OOL on Tuesday 26 June 2018, A320 VH-VQR) did not become airborne until 1220 so arrival should be at about 1320, 40 late.

The 1100 SYD down to AVV, JQ613, did not take off until 1214 hours. A320 VH-VFU should be 55 minutes late arriving at 1330 this afternoon.

Later on Tuesday 26 June 2018, JQ1 (1545 hours mid arvo MEL - HNL, B788 VH-VKF took off at 1709, so same day arrival is predicted as 0704, 49 late.
