Any tips on easiest way to get them to fix their incorrect point postings? I called Tuesday, they said they would investigate and call back in 1-2 days, no call yet... do i bother calling them again or do i go to the complaints line?

I'd give them a working week i.e. 5 business days.

Their call centre / back office points calculation are both subpar IMHO.

I would always record date, time and who you spoke to, after 5 business days if you have no satisfaction then call complaints

Before I call and go through unnecessary frustrations dealing with their CS line, does anyone know if spends at Aldi count as supermarkets?

I have dedicated this credit card to pay for utilities only and can confirm that QFF points are being earnt on utilities currently at ratio of 1 QFF : $1 as per phone conversation with Macbank today.

Still have not received the QP invites, now at about 70 days from opening.
It could be interesting to see what advice I get when I ring.

These guys are muppets. They are trying to tell us IGA is not a supermarket... even putting the letters 'IGA' into google the first hit is "IGA Supermarkets"...

May be their system recognises Coles and Woolworths supermarkets only?

Now i just spoke to them again and they now tell me Safeway isn't a supermarket.

I don't care what thier system says is or isn't... everyone (who lives in Australia) knows that Safeway, Coles and IGA are Supermakets...

Absolute muppets. Time to find an australian number to call. Does anyone have any contacts I can use?

Edit found one posted earlier in the thread... going to give them a call Monday.

Wonder what recourse we have IF they insist that you are wrong.

ACCC for misleading advertising ?

FOS on our behalf ?

Just thinking ahead here really.

In my case, they resolved in my favour (QFF no extra points !) with 10,000 QFF points and two extra lounge passes (which I had passed on to other AFFers recently).

Nice, was that just offered to you or did you have to ask?

They made those offers on their own.

I was very cranky - with good reasons, of course.

They sent me the worthless DOM passes and stated plainly "QF does not attract any bonus points".

Head Office even retrieved the phone recordings of my conversations with their call centre which supported my versions of events.

It was their own method to 'make up' the lost goodwill.

Wow sounds like people are having s lot of problems with this card,I can't believe the way they define supermarkets...
