Indeed, this may be the 'enhancement' we have dreaded :evil:
 
JQ35/36 are still offered on the QF website that weekend, and when you select them it says it will transfer you to the JQ website, where said flights are not available, but flights around the same time are priced at ridiculously high levels.

Not going to make any rushed decision.

I guess that is sign they moved a bunch of people onto flights near the same time, and exhausted all the cheap seats!

FWIW, JQ have removed the flight schedules .pdf link page from the website. Also, I have looked around MEL-SYD international terminal flights in June and they are few and far between.

I am heading from Silver to Gold. I need to see how the next few weeks pan out before I pay a deposit, but hopefully can make it Platinum soon.

No, Kris Kringles of this kind work on random anonymity. However as pagingjoan says what you do outside of the KK is your business and just fine!
 
Just a quick note to let you all know that in the weeks leading up to the event, we will again be collecting the remainder of the funds from everyone for the meals.

We aren't sure if we will stay at the hilton - having stayed once before and not being a fan of the sensor mini bar and living in inner Sydney... also we have no status or membership even with hilton.

If we wanted to have the drinks with you all - my understanding is that your going to the club lounge is that right? - do they let non guests/extra people pay for entry like they do at some of the hyatts?
