I think you are referring to The Gazette (our weekly newsletter). Yes, as part of the migration process all AFF members were added to the Gazette subscriber list.

Including people who had previously unsubscribed from all AFF communications. Which generally doesn't fly these days.

It's okay. I got stuck as well when taking a look at XenForo style. I thought default was just another way of saying XenForo and thought I was only seeing one option. The fact that both options are styled differently also made it look like an extension of the one style. I got back thanks to several members in this thread and I pieced it together.

I am getting used to the new look.

I haven't tried the new site on my mobile yet. I might do that next week in preparation for the following week when I won't have access to my PC.

Personally don't think it should be in the Official support guide as it's not 'official', only available to paid members, doesn't work with votes etc

Not really a technophobe. I don't like change for change sake.

had a need to remove threads from New Posts and found a way to do it.

Now need to work out how to get post counts beyond the first 10 posters on AFF.

Mark Forums Read when you are in a specific forum and it gives you a choice to Mark that forum read or mark all forums read.
