New Amex statement credits

I had to talk them into it at my local HN tonight - they used to have physical cards and had run out so tried to fob me off - eventually a salesman overheard the discussion and explained to the cashier what to do on the terminal (?) and voila :)

spacebar

I just looked around the cashier desk in the computer section and found the vPay paper card.

Took them too the counter, paid my $305 each on 2 different Amex's - Received the emails before I got back to the car.

Sorry if I'm being vague, but are you saying that VPay cards can be printed off the terminal, and so the lack of paper cards on display isn't a barrier? I couldn't see any on display at Melbourne QV HN, and turned around again, but perhaps should have asked! Cheers

The vpay "voucher code" needed to register online ican be generated via the terminal - or there is a physical card (seems to be being phased out) with a code you can buy and then register online

Steady progress on Shop Small so far - 16 credit emails, 7 actual credits received. Target is 70 as we have 7 cards.

I only have 2 cards :( and have made 10 purchases with 5 credits received. I signed up for a supplementary explorer card today - maybe it will arrive in time to register for the shop small and HN offers.....

Accidental shop small at Bondi today. Bought a new samsonite for $500 and got a "$10 Credit" email. I feel like an idiot for not checking first!

Found out two of my DM $50 GCs were used by someone else. Called WW and was told both been used in Kings Cross recently. They took my details and said someone will contact me within 48 hours.
Two hours later I received new GCs $60 worth each.

That's how customer service should be, well done WW!

Potentially could have used multiple cards.

I wonder how that happened?

Converted my DM egift cards to a physical WW giftcard.

These were e-giftcards?

Same here - $50 DM e-gift card - used DM e-gift cards plenty of times in the past and never had a problem.
I think Woolworth's system has been hacked - it was down for a few days last week. WOW is aware of the problem and refunding customers that have been affected.

Bottom line - check the balance of your e-gift cards, if there's a problem call Woollies and they'll send you a physical card!

Confirming $100 cash back for every vpay purchase at Harvey Norman.

As always, if only I had more cards! But thanks AMEX for my $1200 :)

How long after your purchases posted did the credits post? All my purchases from Thursday are showing as posted this morning.

That's interesting, my phone's antivirus registered the Woolworths Money App as infected this morning. App now deleted. Better check my cards...
