AMEX Connect. AMEX and Big4 bank cards eligible.

they are now charging for the conference.
I think they wont get as many people this year!
it seems to be only going for 1/2 the day too and some of the speakers are last years speakers.

Has anyone's supplementary cards been getting any offers lately?

Just insert the supplementary card number into the offer. Only works for emailed offers when it says "register here".
I just registered mrs prozac's supplementary card for the DM offer and used it for 3 separate "delivery offer" purchases for some already heavily discounted wines. eg: $16.45 down to 7.50/bottle, making a normally $98.70 box of 6 just $45 or $30 incl. the $7 delivery charge with the credit.
Amex have already emailed to say the $50 credit has been earned. :)

Pretty good offer, hopefully I can make use of it.

Just received an e-mail about it, but had already registered my Amex issued card, so ignored it. Didn't realise it applied to bank issued cards, so thanks! That's two credits I can get!
