So has mine. Do these status/tier credits work like QF status credits?

Ie: every 12 months balance changes to 0, but for the life of membership the balance keeps quietly rising?

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the FlyBuys reps on here. Your regular, frequent, clear communications have been a real breath of fresh air!! I particularly like how you take responsibility for any "issues" and don't try and put a marketing spin on mistakes or teething problems, you just say it how it is.

Other reps take note! This is the standard you and your employers should be aiming for!!

Not quite. Rolling twelve month period (like VA).
No life-time status

I agree that the flybuys reps on AFF are doing a good job. As mentioned above the comments attempt to respond directly to the issues raised and give insights into the problems involved with the relevant matters. The flybuys reps here are doing a much better job than the team of reps on the flybuys facebook page.

I too agree!

Also worth mentioning is the responses given from the online reps on that other so called 'supermarket loyalty program' here on AFF ..... They are Non existent!

Flybys is a breath of fresh air in comparison.

I did a like for this post - if I could have done two likes I would have done so. Such a true statement.

No points for me either. I set up an Etihad membership and linked it with Flybuys the day the partnership started. I checked my Etihad account today - nothing. I then went to my Flybuys account, and went to the linked account page. There was a clickable link to link my Etihad membership, and I thought 'hang on, I had already done that!' So I clicked link again, and it said it was updated. Went back to my account page, nope not linked. I called Flybuys and they said the linking of my membership was 'pending'. They tried unlinking and linking me again, still said pending.

The guy on the phone did say that he had heard of a few problems, but all points would be credited at 10am tomorrow. Time will tell, I'm not hopeful considering that Flybuys doesn't seem to see that I linked my account way back when.

The Flybuys website has a lot of problems, I had a hell of a time trying to reset and change my password a few months ago. When I spoke to a phone operator they acknowledged there was a bug in the website that they knew about, but couldn't fix.

After 4 weeks of $70 shopping or more at Coles (total spend $303), I finally got the 10000 FB points bonus. With all those mail in and receipts coupons, I got 16796 FB points ($83.98 value) or 6718 Etihad Guest points, which is very close to 6900 points for redemption of say SYD-ZQN or SYD-CNS award.

Both of us also had our points given, $50 & $70. As well as vouchers (snail mail + receipt) have helped out.

62k in points I've now got in my account.

Since switching to Coles from WW, we have enough for over 4 SYD-CNS flights (planned trip later in the year) and Mrs andye is 37% of the way to Etihad Silver

great to see it's working for you - i'm still having dramas unfortunately

Is there anywhere (flybuys, etihad, virgin) where you can actually find how many points required from A to B?

Logged onto Etihad now, but nothing found except to actually make a points booking...

60k ish in flybuy points = about 20k etihad points?

flybuys points can be redeemed for Etihad Guest Miles in multiples of 10,000 flybuys points, equivalent to 4,000 Etihad Guest Miles. You can make an Etihad flight booking using Etihad Guest Miles at the following link: Book flights with Etihad Guest Miles - Etihad Airways

This is the Etihad redemption chart for Virgin:

http://www.etihadguest.com/Document...0020_Virgin Australia_Redemption Table_V2.pdf

(Although it tabulates it, Premium Economy is obviously not available on domestic. I seem to recall you can't book VA Business with EY points but not 100% certain)

I've not seen a full Etihad award chart for its own flights
