So I snuck over to Mr Up's side of the cellar and pulled this out... Nose of varnish with a taste of green tannins Blah.. encouraging the responsible drinking.. I've sat on this glass for 3 hours! .. think I was set up

Californian Chardonnay as too oakey. Okanagan Valley one much better, surprisingly.

Their Chardonnay was so good that seemed worth trying this. Excellent.
