Nice wines I have drunk recently - Red or White

This one is an unexpected gem - $20 from local Chambers, and is really a well developed smooth 2008 Shiraz.

These have been sent to the angels over the last week or so.

The 2008 Isolation Ridge was only barely showing signs of aging characters - years left in it.

The Burn Cottage (2009) and the Freycinet (2010) were fuller styles than the Sinapius (2010), which was very light, but quite elegant. Of the first two, PJM and I preferred the Freycinet (she did not participate in the Sinapius which I had over two successive nights early in the week).

The Bremerton (2013) is fruity and fresh and needs more age.

Thick skinned we are here on AFF Wine forums!

Besides, the glass is still a well used Reidel Vinum 6416/33 (I think!). And wrt how could that be when there's a whole specially built cupboard just for the glasses! ;)

BC my neck now has a permanent kink. We know your better than this. :) Edit pics in photos and do a small crop and rotate if needed and will come out correct orientation.

You need to train your glass washer better... - or stop putting the good glassware in the dishwasher ;).
