Giant Steps are doing great things at the moment, Applejack is a great site as is the cough Hill vineyard they recently nabbed.Good but too young. I keep forgetting Yarra Chards need time… Had two glasses and the rest on following night. Significant improvement.

Celebrating tonight. Saw MrsTMA’s oncologist today. All clear. Pretty remarkable result from stage 4 metastatic NSCLC in December 2022!

Tbone currently marinating in salt and mt zero smoked olive oil. Then flash cooked in cast iron pan, and drizzled with 25 yo extra vecchio aceto balsamico di Modena with airloom carrot and snow peas. (And AF chips.)Damn good reason to celebrate. Slightly concerned that your steak looks really under-prepared t hough. Looks like the food to feed your food really.
