Qantas Business Class meals & menus

On one of my flights I had pea soup, it was actually very nice and I do like the sour dough bread.

Glad you got the spelling right (see#76)

One of the things I like about AFF is when we can have a bit of fun and nobody gets offended.
It can take the edge off a hard day at work.

This is the most confused meal I've seen. Eggs benedict is poached eggs on ham and toast/muffin. Eggs florentine is poached eggs on spinach and toast/muffin. This is a deconstructed Florentine Egg Benedict on french toast. Well confused.....

Ate it on mel-syd earlier in the week. I didn't feel confused and it was delicious

What's the issue if it tastes good?

whoha! Can we have a 'pea soup' thread? I've had cold pea soup on Finnair J a couple of times. Not the winter variety (as in split pea & ham) but fresh green peas as a soup/vichyssoise with cream and chives (IIRC) garnish.

Cripes it was nice. I asked for seconds (if available) and skipped the main!

Whenever I have F lounge breakfast I will order eggs benedict (salmon or ham, but not both) with a side of spinach (and tomato, mushroom and hash brown).
Next time I might order eggs florentine with a side of bacon and salmon to mix it up

I should have added that like yours, the soup was made with green peas and was served with creme fraiche, should have asked for that recipe as well:)
Guess it helps that green peas are one of my favourite vegies.

Initially I did intend spelling it as 'pee' to also try and add some humour!

Folks,
While I did predict this in the opening thread of my post, can I just say.
