Qantas Business Rewards [Replaces Aquire]

QF just called me with a special offer as a Business Rewards member - seemed more like a handout to employees then an offer to the company, but I digress - in conversation they said their boss had also contacted the other travel arranger, stating a name - an employee who had been removed from the Aquire account 2-3 years ago

(they want me to provide 4 x employees QFF numbers to receive a single entry lounge pass and 2000 FF points.)

In the spirit of rewarding Australian business, we'd like to reward you with a special bonus next time you travel.

Register and book eligible flights between 15 and 31 March 2017 for travel by 30 April 2017, and your business will be rewarded with 600 bonus Qantas Points per flight[SUP]^[/SUP]. So the more you fly, the more you earn.

I'm level 2 and I got the same coughpy offer you did.

Disappointing, especially as I've earned over 60k points this membership year.

I received similar, an offer but no points.

Assume the bonus points went to those that either earned a whole lot more, closer to level 3, or a whole lot less?

I'm on about 50k and my year is about to reset.

I received the same offer as an L3. In any case, I've already booked enough flights to retain P1 with the DSC offer. I'm not sure why they think I'm likely to travel more for only 600 points. ☹️

I also noticed the return of the men from the renaming to QBR announcement. They have names now.

There was some discussion earlier in the year about the male dominated marketing for QBR. Anyway QBR must have a limited marketing budget because the same men from the January email have reappeared on the 600 bonus points email. This time QBR has added their names and company to the photo.

I received 5000 points for my continued loyalty today (the alternative offer was 4 lounge passes). A QBR sales rep rang me seeking feedback on the program, and I explained my main gripe was not being able to take advantage of the 8% discount on flights not originating in Australia, which is the case for most of my flying at the moment. She said she'd see what she could do, and rang me back 5 min later to say she couldn't do anything about the discounts, but she did offer the points. I thought that was a nice touch and certainly unexpected.

Re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

I received an email today which made me check my account. Lo and behold there was a 4000 point bonus applied earlier this month and nearly 18,000 points that I could transfer out. So I have :).

Re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

One of my flights (CHC-BNE) posted as 0 points. Contacted QF and they're not sure why, but have credited it manually. Did wonder if the flight perhaps doesnt apepar in the system, as you also cannot look up that route in the points calculator.

I had an issue with an NZ flight and they fixed it up very quickly.

Waiting for my first flights to post for 2017 and since the change in name. Also got a bonus 2K points there, but may hold them in the BR account until I need them.

Re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

Also received the above offer.. interestingly this one also applies for any Emirates & AA operated QF flight numbers, unlike the recent DSC offer which was TT EK only.

An Eligible Flight means a domestic or international flight which has a Qantas 'QF' flight number on the ticket that is purchased in Australia; is operated by Qantas, Emirates or American Airlines; has a ticket number commencing with '081'; and is booked and travelled for business on or after the date the business registers for Qantas Business Rewards.
